Each course was a perfect balance between tradition and authentic flavor. But the real masterpiece was the horse meat: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and enhanced without overpowering its natural flavor. The pursuit of quality and passion in the kitchen were clearly evident. Attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a pleasant ambiance.
