La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. The setting is charming, the staff very welcoming and attentive. The dishes are delicious, well-presented, and prepared with fresh ingredients. The service is fast, and the atmosphere is relaxed and warm.
