Good food, great location, price acceptable for the quality, slow service (but it is a common fault)

Easter lunch with reservation. Mediocre fried mussel appetizer. Linguine with clams good but excessively salty and poorly removed from the sand. Mixed fried food which is pitiful due to its limited ingredients (fragments of octopus, cuttlefish and shrimp) which can be compared to a banal supermarket frozen food. Quality significantly below expectations.

Despite its prime seafront location, this place is far from being a tourist trap. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a highly professional staff who are dedicated to making your experience exceptional. I usually order multiple dishes, but this time I decided to focus on one—the Linguini alle vongole. And let me tell you, the taste was fantastic. Although I didn't get to try many other dishes on the menu, based on my experience, I can definitely say I'll be returning soon.

I got to know this restaurant by chance, curious to try its dishes, I must say that the food is good, excellent comfortable location, simple cuisine with a particular style, very clean environments, very friendly and helpful staff.

Along with fish and meat dishes I took some grilled vegetables and since I didn't like how they had prepared them: they were cut into large pieces and burnt They deducted them from my bill once they realized I hadn't eaten them. Their exclusive dish is called "Cleopatra" which is a large plate of spaghetti with lots of seafood that must be divided into several people: truly excellent. Non essendo del posto cercavo un ristorante per pranzare in compagnia di amici. ci è stato consigliato questo locale che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Santa Maria al bagno è una località che mi piace molto e il ristorante La Pergola ci ha consentito di poter godere di una giornata di mare e di un pranzo molto molto soddisfacente. Ottima la possibilità di poter mangiare fuori , godendo di una splendida visuale accompagnata da ottimo cibo, tra cui un piatto di crudi veramente buono. Consigliata ben, mi sento anche io di consigliarlo
