22/11/2025: I had lunch here today and it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is friendly and attentive. The dishes are healthy and creative, with well-balanced flavors. I highly recommend booking in advance as the place is often very busy.

You have to order your own ouzo here; unfortunately, it's not offered on the house, as I've experienced in other tavernas.

30/11/2025: We had an extraordinary time at Casale Drinzi in Collesano. We stayed for about three hours and enjoyed every minute - the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive.
The food was absolutely exquisite—beautifully presented, made with high-quality local ingredients, just incredibly delicious. Every dish was served properly and with care. Prices were definitely reasonable for the quality offered.
The restaurant is located a tad outside Collesano and is very easy to reach, only a short drive up from Cefalù. We will definitely be coming back!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

Of note, as a further note of merit, is the possibility of ordering à la carte or choosing from multiple tasting menus, each with a different number of courses and an obviously proportionate price.

20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

26/11/2025: A great discovery. I had risotto, Milanese-style perch, and brisket. Everything was delicious, without being exceptional. The Russian salad was excellent.
The waitress was kind and extremely efficient. The price was very fair. I'll definitely be back.

I had spectacular pappardelle with hare and veal cheek with vegetables. Beautiful location and very friendly service!
I recommend it to anyone who loves Tuscan cuisine.
29/10/2025: Rustic atmosphere, welcoming atmosphere too. Everything was fine, except for one slightly embarrassing thing (and it's not the only place where this happens): an ice cream (three scoops of cream and chocolate that would cost you €2 at the ice cream shop) was €5. They even sell ice cream in a dedicated ice cream aisle, so I doubt they charge such crazy prices.

Ideal for:
Dinner as a couple or with friends in a relaxed setting.
Lovers of local cuisine, not necessarily super gourmet.
Occasions where you want to eat well and be comfortable without excessive formality.
Not ideal if:
You're looking for an ultra-refined experience with Michelin-starred service.
You need a very extensive menu of international cuisine (with a strong focus on local tradition).
You're on a very limited budget and looking for "fast casual" fare with a minimal price.

12/10/2025: A restaurant where a rustic ambiance meets traditional Sardinian cuisine. An absolute insider tip where authentic, delicious Sardinian dishes are served. There's no menu; instead, various dishes are served in several courses. A highlight is the roof terrace, narrow and winding but utterly charming. The staff are all very friendly. But be careful! You won't be allowed in without a reservation. The staircase offers a nice sense of tradition; it's like walking through a small museum.
12/10/2025: Everything was good, a single menu for 40 euros per person, including drinks and even grappa at the end of the meal!

25/11/2025: We got welcomed even if we got there in low season and without booking. The owners are super friendly and I love how the place is decorated. I ordered Ravioli with rabbit (outside the menu) and they were one of the best meals I had in Italy. Lovely place
