From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel right at home, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Jemmat, the experience is simply sublime! The I Frati Rossi restaurant was a delightful discovery. For an evening with friends, we chose an excellent seafood tasting menu. The menu started very promisingly with two appetizers: amberjack and salmon carpaccio, artichokes, and bottarga. Next up were seafood and truffle ravioli and grouper paccheri, all delicious. For the main course, a mixed fried platter of shrimp, calamari, fish, and mixed vegetables. Delicious, especially because it was so light! To finish, dessert: meringue and strawberry ice cream.
We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu.

I regularly visit I Frati Rossi and it's always a real pleasure to return. The setting is superb, with a magnificent view, and the atmosphere is particularly pleasant thanks to the family spirit of the establishment.
The cuisine is consistently excellent and refined, using fresh ingredients. The service is warm and attentive. My favorite place on the Costa Smeralda!

A refined restaurant, impeccable service, top-quality ingredients, and absolutely unique cuisine, all in a meticulously maintained setting with breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and one of the owners immediately pampered us and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!
