02/04/2025: First time at Salvatore. Family-run in its entirety: one of the best trattorias in memory. A characteristic place that exudes warmth and familiarity Well done Salvatore, perfection is not our thing but you are on the right track. We had a great time: local flavours and aromas, the embarrassment of having to choose between so many delicacies. And last but not least the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. And at the end a walk in the historic centre refreshes the heart ❤️ and the soul. We will definitely be back. Seeing is believing. Zavi59

29/03/2025: Characteristic environment and very helpful staff who welcomed us half an hour before opening time to avoid making us wait in the cold and rain! Absolutely worth trying is their SUPER appetizer: in name and in fact! At the end of the dinner, even though we were full, Mr. Salvatore invited us to try their homemade tiramisu... EXCELLENT CHOICE: so good that I wasn't able to photograph the dessert while it was still whole!

12/03/2025: A place worth visiting. We were very pleased with the visit. Polite and competent service, tasty dishes. Only the desserts were a bit disappointing and not worth the price.

24/03/2025: Cucina eccezionale. Cibo buono, porzioni abbondanti, personale gentilissimo. L'ambiente riproduce la classica osteria di un tempo, con cartelli e targhe in stile vintage. Il prezzo è idoneo al buon cibo che viene portato in tavola. Consiglio: insalata di mare freddo, bavette alle vongole e pecorino sardo, frittura di pesce e verdurine. E ultimo, ma non ultimo, il tiramisù rivisitato.

31/03/2025: Found by chance in an area outside the centre, but upon entering the place it is not a simple tavern... a clear assortment of many wines served competently by the young but not improvised service... refined dishes, even the apparently banal desserts but made exclusive with exclusive reinterpretations! All at a fair cost! Compliments

30/03/2025: This was the best dinner I had during my 3 weeks in Italy. It's a shame that I visited on the last day of my 4-day stay in Positano. If I had visited from the first day, I would have gone all 4 days. This is a restaurant you absolutely must visit if you go to Positano. You won't regret it. The chef made sure to share the food, so he divided each order into 2. The salad was especially the best, and it was the first restaurant that showed me that salad can be a really great menu. Of course, all the food, including the steak, was the best. Koreans, even if it's a bit far, if you go to Positano, you must visit. This is the best restaurant in Italy. I'm grateful to the chef who prepared the food delicately.

24/03/2025: Excellent food, friendly owners. We ended up there by chance, but very happy it happened, in the middle of the alleys of Genoa. The place is small, you rub elbows with your neighbors, but the cuisine is worth it, we ate both seafood and land dishes, everything was excellent and the prices were modest, the service was low-frills, but courteous. A beautiful experience highly recommended.

08/04/2025: We celebrated my husband’s birthday here. It’s such a unique experience! I booked for dinner well in advance and ordered a birthday cake as well. I fell in love with everything we tasted during the dinner, the birthday cake was also sooo good! The waiters are so kind. I highly recommend this place!
