08/12/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. My family and I ate new and delicious dishes, of excellent quality, everything cooked to order, nothing pre-cooked. The meat and pasta were of the highest quality, as were the local and non-local wines. We will definitely return.

15/11/2025: I'm in love with this place! The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and wonderful, and the location is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Every day when we got to our rooms, everything was spotless, and there was a complimentary cookie and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. There's heating, and a small shared outdoor area with a mini-fridge, table, and chairs. The stairs are a bit of a hassle, but I know some rooms in other buildings have elevators. As for the restaurant, it's a 10 out of 10! The food is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We went several times, and I ordered several dishes again because I loved them so much! Reservations are recommended, just in case.

30/11/2025: We had an extraordinary time at Casale Drinzi in Collesano. We stayed for about three hours and enjoyed every minute - the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely exquisite—beautifully presented, made with high-quality local ingredients, just incredibly delicious. Every dish was served properly and with care. Prices were definitely reasonable for the quality offered. The restaurant is located a tad outside Collesano and is very easy to reach, only a short drive up from Cefalù. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

12/10/2025: A restaurant where a rustic ambiance meets traditional Sardinian cuisine. An absolute insider tip where authentic, delicious Sardinian dishes are served. There's no menu; instead, various dishes are served in several courses. A highlight is the roof terrace, narrow and winding but utterly charming. The staff are all very friendly. But be careful! You won't be allowed in without a reservation. The staircase offers a nice sense of tradition; it's like walking through a small museum.

07/12/2025: Typical Tuscan cuisine with dishes you can only taste here... I had spectacular pappardelle with hare and veal cheek with vegetables. Beautiful location and very friendly service! I recommend it to anyone who loves Tuscan cuisine.

29/10/2025: Rustic atmosphere, welcoming atmosphere too. Everything was fine, except for one slightly embarrassing thing (and it's not the only place where this happens): an ice cream (three scoops of cream and chocolate that would cost you €2 at the ice cream shop) was €5. They even sell ice cream in a dedicated ice cream aisle, so I doubt they charge such crazy prices.

07/12/2025: Average quality food, little flavour, on the other hand a bottle of very normal water 7 euros a coffee 2.50 a glass of poor wine 7 euros a cover charge 4 euros etc. They don't understand that they have to earn with quality and not with the markup, I certainly won't be coming back
