There are places that nourish the body and others that also nourish the soul. For me, De André's L'Agnata is one of them. Here, I always find serenity, authenticity, and human warmth. The welcome is genuine, the atmosphere exudes peace, and every detail speaks of love for the people and the land. The talented chef Salvina manages to bring not only excellent flavors to the table, but the entire soul of Sardinia, passionately showcasing the aromas, colors, and traditions of our land. Each dish tells a story of quality, care, and authenticity. In this place, you can also sense something special and difficult to explain: the presence of Fabrizio De André. It is felt in the air, in the silence, in the landscapes, and in the very soul of this corner of Sardinia that he chose to live, love, and find inspiration for some of his most beautiful songs. It is a discreet yet vibrant presence, which makes the experience even more intense and meaningful. But the value of this place also comes from the entire staff, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine smiles contribute to creating a special atmosphere, where you feel welcomed and at ease from the very first moment. It's not just a restaurant or a place to stay: it's an experience made of authentic relationships, Sardinian flavors, attention to people, and love for what they do. Thanks to Salvina and all the wonderful staff for the beauty, professionalism, and humanity that are felt every time. L'Agnata is an extraordinary place, surrounded by greenery and silence, exuding peace and relaxation from the moment you arrive. The restaurant serves excellent traditional dishes reinterpreted with a creative touch by chef Salvina. Last but not least, the courtesy and friendliness of Michele and the entire staff make you feel at home, always maintaining the warm welcome De André envisioned. Thank you!

For fans of Fabrizio de André, it's an experience you absolutely must have at least once in your life. It's a moving experience, you'll feel your heart pounding because De André seems to be approaching you at any moment, given the care they've taken to preserve the villa, just as he was on his last day there. Getting there isn't difficult; before the entrance, there's a hidden road that's a bit long, but it's paved, not dirt. The dishes are delicious, everything homemade, including myrtle liqueur! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and seated first in Fabrizio's ground-floor studio for an aperitif. I recommend going on an empty stomach, as there are eight courses, each one better than the last! You can go just for lunch or dinner, and you don't have to sleep in the rooms that were Fabrizio de André's studio or his and Dori Ghezzi's bedroom. The price for lunch or dinner is €50 per person with a fixed menu and drinks not included. I highly recommend going there for lunch because it's not only a place with a powerful emotional impact, but also a wonderful place to observe. The only negative (though positive for me, because I always really enjoy isolating myself from the world in certain places) is that I hope they'll change. Cell phones don't work in the villa, and the Wi-Fi password is only given to those staying at the B&B. The staff Dori Ghezzi has entrusted with managing the villa is incredibly kind and polite. I'll definitely be back!

From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel right at home, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Jemmat, the experience is simply sublime! 28/03/2026: The I Frati Rossi restaurant was a delightful discovery. For an evening with friends, we chose an excellent seafood tasting menu. The menu started very promisingly with two appetizers: amberjack and salmon carpaccio, artichokes, and bottarga. Next up were seafood and truffle ravioli and grouper paccheri, all delicious. For the main course, a mixed fried platter of shrimp, calamari, fish, and mixed vegetables. Delicious, especially because it was so light! To finish, dessert: meringue and strawberry ice cream. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu.
