07/12/2025: Very nice and quiet place, Gino is excellent and very friendly, as are all the guys, delicious food, very extensive menu with so much choice, for every taste and desire... We promised ourselves one evening we would also try the pizza!

02/12/2025: Ridiculous portions, the lamb was dry, almost dry, as were the four fries. One piece was almost 70% bone. A few vegetables, water, and two coffees, 75 euros.

09/12/2025: We went for dinner on Saturday evening, recommended by friends, and had such a wonderful time that we wanted to return the next day, but unfortunately it was closed. For starters, the seafood chitarrina and the Adriatic-style spaghetti were exceptional, with generous portions and rich sauces. Then came the fried calamari, which I think is among the best I've ever had, a portion big enough for two. And to round things off, the homemade desserts, special bocconotti, and the sublime nougat semifreddo. I highly recommend it and will definitely see you on your next visit to San Vito.

09/11/2025: Da O per Bacco – a lunch that stays in your heart We had a family lunch at Da O per Bacco on Sunday and it was a truly pleasant experience in every way. The restaurant is well-kept, welcoming, and immediately exudes warmth. Even the background music is tastefully chosen: delicate, atmospheric, and helps make the moment even more magical. The cuisine is a real discovery. The dishes are excellent, beautifully presented, and generous: you can see the hand of a chef with character, who brings quantity and quality to the table with great personality. Kudos also to Mirko, the owner: kind, attentive, and always ready to offer discreet advice. The wine he recommended was a wonderful surprise, perfect to accompany our lunch and enhance each course. From starter to dessert, everything was impeccable, and the price is absolutely right for the quality of the dishes and the beauty of the location. We will gladly return. Highly recommended for those looking for a place where they feel welcomed, eat well, and have an authentic experience.

04/12/2025: We ordered a variety of appetizers: Fassona tartare, veal with tuna sauce, anchovies in salsa verde, and a mix of tomini cheeses. Then I ordered the ravioli del plin, and to finish, a panna cotta. Everything was excellent, well-presented and balanced, with just the right portions. Perhaps a little overpriced, but everything was delicious. I recommend it!

09/12/2025: What a great find. Very good service, delicious meal, very pleasant atmosphere. It felt as though we were being fed by family. We had Bistecca Vitello, Filetto Vitello, Patate Al Forno, Insalsta mista. All delicious. Many locals eating here.

22/10/2025: Very well received, attentive team, exceptional pizza for the price, in a traditional Lecce atmosphere. We were served by two servers, a man and a woman, who were brilliant. Very kind, very professional and with a very good sense of humor. The owners were also very pleasant, offering us two cups of coffee, following a personal request. I would like to emphasize the food which was top notch! 10/10. I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again to them for this unforgettable moment!!

28/10/2025: Excellent food, a beautiful venue with contemporary decor, and efficient and courteous service. A small flaw was the appetizer and main course served together, but that can be forgiven since they were truffle tartare and polenta with melted cheese and truffle, so they could have been enjoyed together. Furthermore, the tables were round and wide, so there was room for both dishes.

We were warmly welcomed by two very courteous and professional young waiters, Giovanni and Gianmarco, who guided us and advised us on our culinary choices, always answering our every question with a smile. The food was excellent and authentic. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monte Sant'Angelo because everyone was friendly and helpful.
