Excellent wine list and competent and very kind owner present. Delicious Sicilian desserts, difficult choice. Dishes that enhance the territory

Everything was excellent, from starters to desserts. Vittoria and the Chef deserve the success they have. Staff made up of very good guys, congratulations.

We tried to eat in the restaurant but it was full so we ended up in the new adjoining restaurant next door, mainly dedicated to beverages. The owner initially told us we didn't even have a reservation in this second place except then realizing the mistake and having us prepare the table. The environment is new and bright, well furnished. The young waitresses, however, are totally inexperienced. The aperitif item includes 9 pieces of not very fresh sandwiches/sandwiches/panzerottini (the glasses are still paid separately!). The cheese platter was even better but it was really small. The culinary offering was therefore completely insufficient, in our experience, if it weren't for the orecchiette with sauce that was promptly delivered to us for my one and a half year old son: they were good. I really appreciated the gesture, thank you! Overall I believe they are therefore in the running-in phase because I actually saw a lot of hope in the owner's eyes for this new project and I believe that the restaurant eats really well. Unfortunately we didn't like the dessert either. Sin!

Excellent place, refined and quality cuisine. Precise and kind service. It is not the first time I have had the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant and it will certainly not be the last. Highly recommended.

Locale gradevole, cibo top, ottima selezione di vini, Vittoria ottima oste

Locale carino nel cuore pulsante di Gioia del Colle. Piatti che valorizzano le eccellenze della cucina pugliese. Tutto perfetto a parte la cottura della grigliata, che risultava cruda. Comunque bella serata.

Una sola parola: OTTIMO! Abbiamo trovato questo posto per caso, cercando su google, e ne siano rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi e soddisfatti. Locale accogliente, per nulla formale, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, così come il resto dello staff. Cibo ottimo, sia per qualità che per cottura. I consigli della proprietaria sono stati davvero utili... Verticale di burrate da provare, una delizia per le papille gustative 🤤 Primi perfetti e braciole squisite. Sono stato con mia moglie a pranzo il 10/10 presso questa Trattoria a Gioia del Colle. Il locale mi è stato consigliato da alcuni amici del luogo che c’erano stati in precedenza. Tutte le portate, dall’antipasto fino al dolce sono risultate di nostro gradimento, poiché hanno rispettato quello che ci aspettavamo, ossia preparate con ingredienti di qualità. Il Personale che ci ha servito ha mostrato molta gentilezza e velocità nel servirci e rispettare le nostre richieste. Buon posto da consigliare a chi come noi fa tappa a Gioia del colle. Da ritornarci
