08/06/2025: Ritornati dopo tanti anni,il posto rimane molto gradevole,la cucina valida,la camera più che discreta,ma purtroppo priva di climatizzazione( per altro pubblicizzata), con conseguente marcato disagio,dato il caldo importante,da ciò non è conseguito un seppur simbolico trattamento di favore all'atto del conto...che avrebbe sicuramente contribuito a migliorarene l'immagine...nel complesso il giudizio è positivo,anche se i prezzi si sono molto omologati!

29/06/2025: We found this pizzeria on the recommendation of Google Maps and since I work as a Google Europe reviewer, we decided to visit and taste a very well-reviewed pizzeria. I will not evaluate the location of this establishment. They did what they could. The atmosphere they decided to harmonize the interior of the establishment with is more or less calm and does not seem distracting. The circus tone of the interior is more for the pleasure of children than an adult visitor. But it is a matter of opinion. The welcome and the seating itself were on the level. The pleasant and smiling staff tried more than expected. Ordered 2x beer and 2x pizza. Served within 20 minutes, which is great with high occupancy. Visually and taste-wise, I have to divide the pizza into two parts. Dough and ingredients. Dough - I assume some rush or something happened when making this dough, but this is not pizza dough. The edges were burnt, thin, empty. Overall, the dough was very floury and thin. The fact that the dough is 2mm thin means that the tomato base will turn the dough into mush. Ingredients - everything except the dough was great. Recommendation: make a thicker dough with a higher edge and shorten the baking time. As I wrote in the introduction, maybe it was just stress and rush that resulted in a bad dough. So for us, I rate this pizza as average. We'll see in the future. Reply to the response. If I can allow you a small suggestion with all due respect: l'informazione sulla possibilità di sceglieri lo shesore dell'impasto sarebe forse più visibile se fosse inserita directamente nelle pagine 6 e 7, accanto alle pizza, e non in una pagina successiva, dove spesso ci sono informazioni che il cliente non consulta con attenzione. 17/06/2025: FEEL GOOD!!!!! We met by chance one Sunday for lunch, we knew him by name from other people we booked at the last minute and we were lucky. The staff is so kind and helpful that not even in the 4 star resorts have they treated me like this. Let's move on to the top beers and the food too we had a very fresh meat carpaccio with a spectacular taste I then had the ribs in bbq sauce (I'm not crazy about the sauce) these cut themselves and my half Taglierini with ragù of... sorry I don't remember. Will I go back? Of course absolutely!

19/06/2025: Recommended by an acquaintance and then after seeing the reviews, taken by necessity, my husband went to get two take-away pizzas, he had to wait outside, unfortunately when he got home the surprise, his was almost burnt with almost no ingredients, mine was normal mediocre....disappointed

29/04/2025: Great cuisine, a culinary delight and top service in the Unterwirt Gufidaun! We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the Unterwirt restaurant in Gufidaun! A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding menu! What is brought from the kitchen to the plates here is truly culinary art at a very high level. It was a great menu where you could taste the attention to detail, the quality of the fresh, seasonal, mostly regional products and the creative sophistication in every component. The dishes were not only visually beautifully presented, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste, excitingly pointed and consistently a delight. The service was in no way inferior! Very attentive, warm and simply perfect. Thank you very much again for so kindly implementing the wish I expressed in advance via email. Not only was everything as hoped, but it was also handled so personally and warmly - that really made the evening special. You can feel the passion for excellent food and outstanding service here. If you don't stop here, it's really your own fault! An unreserved recommendation for anyone who wants to experience excellent cuisine and an unforgettable evening. 08/04/2025: Unlike the original in Athens, you have to look for the Roman Acropolis, as there are no restaurant signs or even signs to guide you to this gem. So look for the house number or orient yourself based on the police station, which is located right in front). You can sit outside (just under 20 seats) or inside, on the ground floor and in the basement of the restaurant, and the wonderful Greek music immediately gives the holiday feeling. The service is extremely attentive and friendly and the menu of Greek specialties, including the price level, is what you would expect from such an establishment. My “Acropolis mixed plate” was delicious and left nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended. I would be very happy to return! (P.S. Unfortunately my bicycle was stolen while I was eating there, even though I had parked it right next to the police station, tightly locked. So be careful!)

11/06/2025: We went to eat here on Wednesday evening and we had a really good time. Fast and attentive service, kind and smiling staff. Pasta with clams and bottarga VERY GOOD also the desserts very good. a half appetizer, two first courses and two desserts we spent €36 each.

01/06/2025: A truly excellent restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The hospitality is immediately clear here and you know you're visiting an honest neighborhood favorite. If you are able to get in you should consider anything on the menu because my family has enjoyed everything from pasta, salad, meat, and pizza. They always deliver with a smile like family friends who genuinely care.

05/06/2025: Very large restaurant and pizzeria. Internal parking. I came alone to eat a pizza and I had the misfortune of having a table of teenagers nearby with consequent unbearable noise. The waitress, noticing the mess, makes me sit outside to savour the dessert in peace. Excellent pizza and equally excellent cheesecake. Waitress attentive to everything. Definitely worth trying💯💯👋
