A truly charming little place located in a narrow alleyway in Modica. Friendly staff, fairly quick service, and excellent food quality...the ingredients are expertly blended, resulting in true culinary masterpieces. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!

Practically perfection! In a unique setting, nestled in the cellar, inside a cave, you can enjoy dishes that satisfy the palate, from the exquisite raw fish to Catalan-style lobster, followed by bruschetta with sea urchins and mucco. We could have stopped with these appetizers, but we couldn't help but try a first course with "zoccola di mare" (sea cicada) and a second course of roasted tuna and red mullet. Everything was perfect, and paired with a still white wine that made everything even more perfect. The service was practically impeccable, typical of a Sicilian osteria, and the chef was attentive and ready to explain each course in detail. It's now at the top of my list!

You absolutely must try the maremonti pasta; it's a delight if you like iodine, garlic, and pistachio. The welcome was warm, the decor very tasteful, and the wine delicious. Thank you so much!

Had a super delicious meal in a nice little alley. Wonderful fish restaurant. Rarely have I eaten such tasty tuna. Delicious flavor and balance.

Incredible!!!! The food is absolutely delicious. I've visited several times in different seasons and it never disappoints. Everything is super, super fresh. I truly don't understand how this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star.

Honestly can’t explain how good this food is. If this restaurant was in NYC, there would be queues down the street every night of the week. The fish is straight off the boat and the flavors are outstanding. Big wine selection as well. If you’re in Sicily, it’s worth going to Modica just to try this guy’s food.
