06/12/2025: The pizzas arrived cold, missing ingredients, and one had an ingredient that shouldn't have been there. I asked for the ingredient, but an hour has passed and it still hasn't arrived. They didn't even call me back to tell me what was happening, and they just took a free euro. If you're going to work, you have to do it well because you can't make mistakes in the kitchen, as someone who's a hotelier will tell you. So if you don't know how to do it, don't do it. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

30/11/2025: I can only rate the service, as we weren't able to order. We sat for half an hour at a table that still needed clearing, receiving no attention. There were some issues managing the volume of customers in the restaurant.

25/11/2025: I stopped by the bar on Saturday morning and found the staff disorganized and almost listless. I went to my table and waited 10 minutes before ordering and 15 minutes before my order arrived. The girl with glasses seemed distracted and couldn't answer simple questions. I went to the counter to ask the girl at the dishwasher for information about my tray. She responded rudely and dismissively, telling me I wasn't the only one at the bar. The positives are definitely the quality of the products, which is absolutely not lacking, and the young man at the counter, who was very polite, immediately apologized for what had happened and made light of what had just happened. That's how you treat a customer. In the end, the guy proved to be the best and most suited to working with people. Well done!!!

26/03/2026: Good evening, I came here with some friends to eat. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The sandwich wasn't great, the sauce wasn't as good as it used to be, the meat tasted like it was grilled. It had a very peculiar flavor, and the quantity of fries had decreased, as had the quality. I hadn't been here for a while, and I've noticed that the quality has deteriorated a bit. I'm sad because I used to go there a lot more and it was good, too. Not to mention my friend's bread arrived cold. The bread was completely ruined and he couldn't eat it. As for the service, I have nothing to say; the girl was very good and polite. This is the last time I'll set foot in this restaurant.

15/03/2026: We stopped by for dinner by chance, but weren't entirely satisfied. The atmosphere and service left much to be desired; the food was good, but nothing exceptional. Even the fries (included) were very few.

06/03/2026: A good experience, overall average. After several takeout orders, we decided to try it sit down. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the menu wasn't very varied, and the sushi was decent quality. In my opinion, the only flaws were the portion sizes: you could only order one portion of the sashimi and carpaccio per person, and that was a very small portion.

14/02/2026: I've been coming to Kobe for years and never tire of it. The manager is a great, friendly, and honest person! The staff is always friendly and extremely professional. Delicious food and fair prices. Highly recommended, even for holidays. The atmosphere is quiet and family-friendly.

We had an aperitivo on Saturday evening. €24 for: 1 spritz (terrible), 1 non-alcoholic drink, and a small plate with 6 pizza strips (good, but 2 x 5 cm each), a small bowl of fries, and some vegetables in a coffee cup-sized container (pepper strips and 1 small lettuce leaf). A bit cheap, I think.

03/11/2025: Cairate's focaccia, bread, and desserts are top-notch. Small but cozy, with fast and accurate service. When you're in the area, it's a must-stop. And now, the best panettone in the province.

09/11/2025: Correction: On Thursday, November 6th, after checking the Tripadvisor website (which still lists the restaurant as open) and trying to call the listed cell phone number (which rings), I tried to stop by, but I couldn't even find the sign. Given the owner's response, I don't think I missed out on any great experiences.

23/12/2025: The slowest McDrive in Lombardy, that is, every time I go after work, even for a crispy menu, I wait a really long time, and when there's a queue of two cars in front, at least 20 minutes pass.
