11/04/2026: I ate there for lunch on Saturday after not frequenting this restaurant for a few weeks (and I was right). I was shocked by the decline in quality of the sushi. Look at the photos and you'll understand. The sashimi arrived with four pieces of one color and four of a completely different color. The uramaki were 95% rice and 5% fish. The nigiri with seared salmon seemed expired. The quality was truly terrible, and this is coming from someone who has tried sushi in Varese. I won't be returning.

25/10/2025: They're definitely trying their best, but I didn't really like the pizza. The kebab, on the other hand, was good. Edit: Introduce yourself with your first and last name, are you a police officer? I CLEARLY specified that "I didn't like the pizza" ---> ME! ME ME ME I DIDN'T SAY YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S SIMPLE TEXT COMPREHENSION What do you know, besides, that I haven't worked for a pizzeria in the past? I repeat, I didn't say you don't make good pizzas: your products are clearly popular, so much so that you have customers and even positive reviews. I wrote a personal opinion, which is legitimate and guaranteed by constitutional right. Do you want clarification? MAYBE I didn't like the way it was cooked. I ate the pizza and I can confirm that I've had better ones. I found the kebab excellent, though. I even wrote about it. Thank you and goodbye.

26/06/2026: The piadina is good, the problem is that even at peak times there is only one person dividing the time between taking orders and preparing the piadinas and you can wait up to half an hour for a piadina.

The staff was truly top-notch at every step: professional, attentive, helpful, and always present with great kindness. The service was impeccable and meticulously cared for, making us feel at ease and cared for throughout the day. All our guests were thrilled with both the quality of the food and the splendid, elegant, and welcoming location. We received so many compliments, and it was wonderful to see everyone so satisfied. As the newlyweds, we are truly delighted with everything: it was a perfect day, thanks in part to them. We recommend Villa Puccini wholeheartedly 🤍

28/02/2026: This was hands down the best meal we had in Italy. We were blown away by the friendliness of the service. My boyfriend had his heart set on carbonara for our last night before we flew out and they went out of their way to make it for us even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. The pasta was so fresh and all the ingredients were a 10/10.

28/02/2026: BEST MEAL IN ITALY: All the reviews tell exactly what this place is - true, authentic, welcoming, and amazing food. Its a local joint. Staff is super helpful, small menu but well worth it. We got the carbonara and called in advance to make a reservation for two - it was huge!! Technically off menu item but they did it to perfection. Definitely get the meatball too….(Polpette). It was Giant and comes with two but our server was nice knowing we were full only provided one. Best meal and service we had all trip in Italy!! Im stopped here every time I come through MXP

The place was poorly maintained The service was almost nonexistent The dishes were tasteless and not plentiful There was no baby changing table

31/01/2026: Non-existent service. Terrible croissants, only jam-flavored. Two minutes later, other croissant flavors arrived, even though we hadn't been told otherwise. Decent cappuccino, but nothing special.

You enter, the music is loud, the presentation is shabby, the bathroom doesn't comply with hygiene standards, the staff in the kitchen are sprawled out reading and chatting on their phones. You're a nuisance to come in... forget it, dear owner. It's a shame I filmed everything and for privacy reasons I can't publish it, so I'd let the public judge the nice photo of the guy sprawled out in the kitchen chatting... It's indefensible, a place that has no toilet seat and toilet paper, I want you to continue... Your bar is embarrassing...
