09/03/2025: I think that just for the lady who served me today (I correct, she was about to serve me, because I left to avoid arguments) this place should close (Sunday 9 March). I politely left, refusing the requested coffees because of this rude, rude sales assistant with no desire to work. The discussion with this short lady, with glasses and short hair, started because I asked how the brioches were. My response was: "no thanks, I'll just have the two coffees" and the sales assistant says to her colleague "so what are you asking me to do?" (using other more vulgar terms, which I avoid writing however) in a very arrogant way. In addition, moving towards the cashier, the lady tells me "I'm not forcing you to take the croissants". Replying to her in kind, I told her that I didn't even drink coffee. I withdrew the money and left, even though she continued to argue. I hope that the owner/manager takes note of this event (a reprimand) because I understand that it is difficult to work with customers but that is not the case. If she were in charge, that's no way to treat customers, even if she's pissed off about her own business.

09/02/2025: Ice cream shop, pastry shop and café in a fairly busy area; really nice and well-kept environment, quite large and full of products both for breakfast but also for a snack or (better yet) for a quick ice cream. Ice cream that looks really good, few flavors but made really well. The medium cup is nice and full of ice cream, really satisfying. Also good in macarons, the coffee a little less so, a little watered down. In summary, a really great place!

04/12/2024: WONDERFUL!! beautiful elene spatial cake, savory for parties always of high quality and plentiful, brioches with Nutella a must for every children's party!! Super honest prices and really friendly staff. Every time it feels like being in the family!!! Thanks Chiara and Marco!!

17/03/2025: My goodness but never again. Woman on the counter arrogant. The whole time we sat and rudely scolded the boy. He doesn't make a good impression. The icing on the cake is the jacket and bag placed on the counter to get dressed. Meh! P.s. no I didn't go to the wrong bar, the boy's name is Luca. So he can't hide behind an excuse 😜 Did I go to the wrong place or does the person in question no longer work with you? 🤣

27/12/2024: A bar in a vintage venue in Masnago, with photos that recall a time when trams passed without polluting. Excellent coffee, a nice place upstairs where you can have a chat with friends in peace. Small tables outside, often equipped with flower vases that give a touch of colour. Very kind owners.

25/03/2025: I returned after a year and found a welcoming, typical and very tidy environment. Once again I found a way to place orders for dishes which changed from the crosses on the paper list to a tablet app provided at the time of assigning seats to order and check all the menus. Fast and tidy service, kindness and courtesy are expressed in the staff who serve you and the food is very good. I will definitely return to taste the typical dishes and satisfy my demanding palate. Bon appetit everyone....

26/11/2024: The assortment of pastries for breakfast is excellent, they only make the cappuccino well when they remember. I always ask for it (every Sunday morning and they remember me and my husband!) piping hot with cocoa and it promptly arrives lukewarm without cocoa...!! Even if the place isn't full. A little more attention would be appreciated since they charge well for coffee and cappuccino

26/03/2025: Bike tour of Lake Varese and lunch stop at this beautiful lakefront restaurant. Well-kept tables, kind and attentive service led by Jack, young staff with attention to manners and dress, which never hurts… I ate at the outside table (enjoying the sun) a tasty and well-presented pizza, the pizza chef is called Gio and the decomposed Napoli pizza was beautiful and delicious. Finally a very well-kept place to spend a peaceful hour eating well. I will definitely be back!! Francesco Damiani

27/01/2025: After a walk in the centre, we stop for a snack with the children....the place is full, the waiter encouraged us to wait by saying that he would find a place!!. so it was... good desserts and chocolate... we had a very good time with both the service and the products consumed... it will definitely be one of our stops on the next tour of Busto...

27/12/2024: Este restaurante é fantástico. A comida é excelente e de genuína gastronomia tradicional italiana. Todo o pessoal foi muito simpático. Mesmo após ter cancelado a reserva e de ter aparecido em outra hora fui atendido de uma forma muito atenciosa e familiar. Voltaria a repetir a experiência mesmo que necessite de fazer um desvio significativo. Muito obrigado a todos pela vossa sincera e genuína hospitalidade.
