26/10/2025: Every now and then, I go to buy bread at these stores. I'd like to highlight some unfortunate incidents that, unfortunately, happen quite often: checkout staff mark up items they haven't purchased to inflate the price, or pretend to make a mistake when giving change. I believe this is a clever way to top up the takings by up to €5 more than is due. Speaking with acquaintances in the area, they confirmed the same problem. Therefore, I'd like to remind employees and owners of the following: Article 646 of the Criminal Code: Whoever, to obtain an unjust profit for himself or another, appropriates another's money or property in his or her possession, for whatever reason, is punishable, upon complaint by the injured party, by imprisonment for two to five years and a fine of €1,000 to €3,000. If the offense is committed on property held as a necessary deposit [1783-1797], the penalty is increased. Proceedings are initiated ex officio if the circumstance indicated in the previous paragraph or one of the circumstances indicated in number 11 of Article 61 occurs.

26/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. It was a wonderful experience. The prices are incredibly low; it's only open Thursday evenings and then during the week for lunch. You're really spending very little, but the quality of the food is worth much more than other trattorias in the area. You can find chickpea soup, pasta and beans, fettuccine with pesto ragù. Then, for the main course, every dish is fabulous, from the homemade meatballs, boiled meat, pork, oven-baked ribs, and grilled fish. And the side dishes are delicious, from baked French fries to boiled potatoes with green beans and parsley. The desserts are exquisite and homemade, from the warm strudel, pine nut cake, and finally a very special house liqueur, the agrumello. All for the simple price of €21, full menu. Thanks to the staff.

13/06/2026: I've been regularly going to L'Oro di Napoli for lunch or dinner for several years now, where I've tried appetizers, first courses, second courses, and pizzas on various occasions. Each time, I've found the food to be excellent, the service punctual, the orderliness, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended for everyone, especially seafood lovers.

12/06/2026: We tried this pizzeria, which was recommended to us. Nothing special in our opinion. The place and pizzas were average: we expected more.

07/01/2026: It's been 30 years since I've been to this bakery. A total disappointment. 2 dry focaccias, 2 dry Arab rolls, and 2 camel rolls that crumbled just by looking at them. What a disappointment.

10/06/2026: The ice creams are creamy, but the flavor...leaves much to be desired. I ordered Nutella and Sicilian cassata, and they tasted quite similar. The portion size is good, even though it's a tiny tub; they fill it to overflowing.

Given the owner's response, I don't think I missed out on any great experiences.

08/03/2026: I'd already been there five years ago, and it was decent, but now the quality of the food has dropped significantly. The carbonara had cooked egg and raw bacon, and only a forkful was eaten. The cacio e pepe wasn't made right either. The mussels weren't very fresh. The only thing I liked was the seasoning on the red and white mussels and the tuna with chopped pistachios. The rest is 0. The waiter was very kind.

02/05/2026: I discovered Cascina del Lupo while I was in the area looking for a romantic restaurant surrounded by greenery, and I must say it was a perfect choice. The restaurant is truly beautiful, both inside and out, with meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, ideal for a special dinner. The clientele also contributes to the pleasant and refined atmosphere. I recommend looking at the photos, because they give an even better idea of ​​the place. I highly recommend it!

19/04/2026: Stopped for lunch, got a pan-fried dish for three... I don't know if it was really for three, but it was enough for us, asking for more bread, which wasn't enough... considering the €4 cover charge! The classic desserts were good, the location was very nice! Overall, everything was good, but it didn't justify the price, expensive compared to the average.

09/02/2026: A half-hour wait for a breakfast that never arrived. The most disconcerting thing is that our croissants (which we'd requested directly at the counter as soon as we entered the restaurant) were about to be served, but the waitress had the smart idea of ​​"giving them away" to customers who arrived well after us, making us wait even longer. In the end, after almost half an hour of waiting for three croissants, a cappuccino, and a pear juice, I'm sure someone's patience will run out.
