28/07/2024: The pastries and coffee are good BUT the service is terrible. Apart from the lady bartender, there are two other really lazy girls. You have to come by with the tray if you want to be served while two girls stood talking about gossip in the kitchen right in front of me. The other lady did her best, but with the place full she couldn't do everything. In fact the service ruins the whole experience.

14/07/2024: The pastas are certainly pleasant, but the service needs to be reviewed! We don't know the name of the lady who served us but most likely, apart from the lack of desire to serve, she was also unprofessional... furthermore the cash register was very slippery, the weight was not visible and furthermore the receipt was not issued, even forgetting to give change!

02/12/2024: We tried their pizza and pastries on two different occasions. Both were great. service was impeccable both time.

18/09/2024: Ordered chicken dish and kebab dish. Both for what you get, too expensive. The kebab was lukewarm but had a reasonable taste. The chicken dish consisted of 6 super small drumsticks which were fried (fried?) for far too long and had a bland taste. This “dish” only served fries and no salad. And that dish costs 10 euros excluding 2 euros coperco.

05/12/2024: Che sia tu in viaggio con la famiglia , che sia tu col cuore in un brodo di giuggiole o magari che sia tu un viaggiatore solitario avrai sicuramente bisogno di ritrovare la buona cucina italiana. Beh perché parlare di semplice cucina locale in questa trattoria è certamente riduttivo. L'ambiente è accogliente con l'arredo caldo anche in una sera d'inverno. Mentre di fronte al locale il bue e l'asinello attendono, la cucina propone piatti anche fuori regione. Fatevi tentare dalla proposta del piatto del giorno perché il risultato è assicurato. Il menù parla chiaro: dovete solamente essere dei buongustai e spazierete tra le regioni limitrofe e piatti locali od ispirati dalla padrona di casa che pare essere marchigiana. Parlare di pietanze e suggerimenti alla scelta di un piatto più che un altro, in un posto dove la scoperta ripaga sempre credo che lasci intendere che tutto merita l'attenzione di chi viaggia e sa mangiare. Ci ritornerò !!!!!!

15/08/2024: Pranzo di Ferragosto sulla riva del Ticino in atmosfera piacevole e rilassata...delizioso il crudo di pesce e la parmigiana di mare, assolutamente da provare i tagliolini con gambero crudo e pesto di pistacchio. Esperienza da ripetere!

02/09/2024: I have eaten at many all you can eat sushi places and I can say the following, based on my personal experience. + large parking + good food (not all) + good prices + courteous and professional staff + large variety of dishes + nice atmosphere - very dirty, the floor was very very slippery, I honestly don't know how no one got killed there - very dirty bathroom with non-working toilet - Fried food is cold and rancid if it is not brought in immediately. - many forgotten dishes - ordering system too rudimentary, there are some restaurants where you order digitally (with tablet or phone) whenever you want, which is convenient for both staff and customers and avoids unnecessary waiting. - I had to ask for wet tissues several times to wash my hands because the menu was gross to touch. - Very little variety of desserts that are not on the menu, but which are physically brought in a display.

01/12/2024: Pizzeria in Varese, near the hospital, with some parking spaces in front of the restaurant. There are steps in front of the entrance, but there is also a side slide. The menu offers pizza, sandwiches and chips to take away, with the possibility of free home delivery. It is also possible to consume inside the restaurant, in a special space set up with tables and a bar area. The location is welcoming, but it could be more refined in the area where you can eat at the table. The pizzas are very good, as are the sandwiches. Frozen French fries are not satisfactory, the fried food is not very crunchy and too greasy. I would advise using fresh potatoes, it takes more time to prepare but the result is decidedly better. The service is fast both in preparation and in home delivery, the staff is very kind; only note: if an ingredient of the pizza is missing, the customer should be informed at the time of booking, not after delivery. Overall the products offered are good with efficient service and good value for money.

28/07/2024: We stopped here during our road trip from Norway to Italy and it was by far the best meal we’ve had across Europe! We shared the Pizza Margarita and Paprika pizza and they were both made to perfection. The crust was amazing the tomato sauce was delicious and I’ve never had mozzarella like this it was absolutely perfect! Very hospitable friendly service as well we really appreciated this hidden gem 🙏

16/08/2024: I usually use Terminal 1, and I remember it being an average terminal in terms of services. Nothing amazing but not the worst I have been to. However, Terminal 2 is terrible. Pple walks from the airplane to the gate on the asphalt in the sun or in the rain. There is only a small lift to connect the gate to the exit/arrivals. This is not considered a good service for travelers who have luggage, kids, and strollers. Not to mention the endless stairs that are totally uncomfortable when carrying bags. Also, I have seen elderly struggling a lot. And what about disables? I can't imagine a worse architecture than terminal 2!

09/03/2024: Nothing to say about the food… I usually order (looking at the photos of the pizza menu on their page) and then go and collect them... I once paid 16 euros for a pizza (cost 13 euros on the menu) and when I asked if the bill was correct I was told that the prices on the menu were not up to date... three euros difference!!! But "it doesn't matter"... but the thing I've been finding lately is that it's almost impossible to get an answer on the phone for orders/reservations, trying to call even at different times the line is free but it rings empty or it seems to be "busy". ”…it makes you smile a lot, however, the fact that when you show up there they ask you if you have booked…

24/11/2024: Ordinato poi ci siamo seduti, il ragazzo che ha preso ordine se ne è andato e così ci siamo rialzati e rifatto ordine, locale semivuoto.il peggio però è stato il conto. 16 euro per 2 crostatine di una qualità industriale. Vuol dire approfittare della clientela.

14/12/2024: My family and I have been going to this place for many years and I must say that it has always lived up to expectations. The service has always been efficient and the waiters sociable. The room is large and spacious, but the last time the internal temperature was a little reduced, it's the first time in years that this has happened to me. As a first course I took a rice with mushrooms and it was very good, in an acceptable quantity, however the grilled meat disappointed me quite a bit, little meat not grilled well and with too much vinegar, don't take it. Finally, the lemon sorbet for dessert was very pleasant and of good quality, cold at the right point. I recommend you come and try the restaurant, but you have to be careful because some dishes can be very disappointing.

11/09/2024: Very nice hotel in a non-strategic position for visiting Laveno, but it enjoys a spectacular view of the lake. We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant.

08/09/2024: Ein toller Besuch! Wie vielfach schon zu lesen - ein Spiel mit Aromen, Farben und regionalen Produkte. wir waren hingerissen!! Perfekter, freundlichster Service, tolle Weinbegleitung und viele, viele geschmackliche Explosionen. Liebhaber einer feinen Küche sollten hier unbedingt (einmal) einkehren. Wir haben den Weg von der Fähre zu Fuß gemacht (15Min) hier muss man wachsam sein. Es gibt nicht immer einen Bürgersteig (im Dunkeln, möglicherweise lebensgefährlich).
