They didn't even call me back to tell me what was happening, and they just took a free euro. If you're going to work, you have to do it well because you can't make mistakes in the kitchen, as someone who's a hotelier will tell you. So if you don't know how to do it, don't do it. 21/12/2025: La Piadineria is a franchise; what makes the difference is the location and local management. So the place has the usual decor, the space is large, and the kitchen staff is the real difference. The piadinas are excellent and very well-filled. The kitchen produces piadinas you have to bite into and enjoy—not the faxable kind, so to speak.

It's true that the people who run the place do a lot of work. It's a shame because the girl behind the cash register probably also has to cook, and despite that, she was very fast. 26/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. It was a wonderful experience. The prices are incredibly low; it's only open Thursday evenings and then during the week for lunch. You're really spending very little, but the quality of the food is worth much more than other trattorias in the area. You can find chickpea soup, pasta and beans, fettuccine with pesto ragù. Then, for the main course, every dish is fabulous, from the homemade meatballs, boiled meat, pork, oven-baked ribs, and grilled fish. And the side dishes are delicious, from baked French fries to boiled potatoes with green beans and parsley. The desserts are exquisite and homemade, from the warm strudel, pine nut cake, and finally a very special house liqueur, the agrumello. All for the simple price of €21, full menu. Thanks to the staff.

The quality of the products is high, and they're very tasty, but the pastries are very expensive compared to other places where I usually buy them, especially considering they're small, albeit well-crafted. The pastries are very good and well-filled. Given the large number of customers, you sometimes have to wait a bit too long for service. Overall, a place I'd recommend trying, perhaps at a less crowded time.
