02/10/2025: Drinking in the view from Albergo Sacro Monte's terrace is spectacular. Amazing restaurant service and beautiful presentation. Love the resident Labradoor. Definitely the best location on the mountain... now we want yo come back and stay!

24/09/2025: Breathtaking view, very spacious suite with a delightful 17th-century fresco. Nothing to complain about the service. Excellent dinner.

02/10/2025: I'm a regular customer and I say the pizza is very good, but since they moved to the new location, unfortunately the service has suffered significantly: - extremely long wait times - you can no longer customize your pizza toppings; you're forced to choose from the available options - the pizza isn't reheated, so I had to take it home cold I'm really sorry because it used to be a go-to place for me, but under these conditions, I don't think I'll continue ordering pizza here.

20/09/2025: For excellent snacks, dinners and group lunches with a vast choice of pizzas, pizzas/focasses, focaccias and stuffed focaccias! A thousand delicious flavors that tempt the palate! Fast and friendly service! 😋😋😋

24/06/2025: I'm sorry but I have to update the review after a year. I don't know if the management has changed, but the restaurant has really gotten worse. We found ourselves faced with poor quality, between preparation and freshness. The shrimp was "old", the fried food rubbery and poorly cleaned. Tartare cut roughly, I also found scales in the dishes. I was also disappointed with the plating. The house wine caused us acidity all night and the next day. The place is aesthetically nice, but the tables are too close and too much noise, I shouted all evening to the person in front of me so he could hear me, and I didn't like it. We pointed out the problems at the cashier when paying because it seemed fair to us. Too bad, it was nice to come here, but we won't be back.

18/10/2025: The hotel is bad, the sheets have a smell, the breakfast is not varied, and its location is far from Milan. I have never seen a room without water. Everything is expensive, and the breakfast staff were bad last time.

16/10/2025: This review is directed to international people who is looking for a place to stay when attending events at Malpensa Fiere. The reason why I decided to stay at this hotel was because it seemed to be close enough to Malpensa Fiere e by the photographs and reviews, seemed like a good hotel to stay at. However, I have stayed in around 15 hotels this year and this one has given me the worst experience so far. To be fair, let me list the positive things: - Friendly staff - Hot and good shower - Comfortable bed - Airconditioned worked (while in the room) I’m not the kind of person that checks under the bed, but the room seemed clean enough. Now, the room I was given wasn’t in the main building, it’s in another building in front of the hotel. This already gives me the atmosphere that I’m not welcome in the actual place. Anyway, after crossing the parking lot and getting into my room, I find out the room is extremely dark. There are only four lamps in the room: one by each side of the bed, one study lamp, and one floor lamp that barely lights anything. Yes, the room is spacious, but it’s useless space. The room has two uncomfortable armchairs, a hanger, a bed, a desk and a chair. On the corner there’s a frigobar with a safe on top of it. It’s not cozy at all. Add this to the darkness and it gets worse. It’s depressing. To make the experience even worse, the frigobar makes a loud metallic noise every hour or so. It’s not the regular contraction noise, it’s as if someone was slapping the damn thing. Woke me up the whole night. Besides, no complimentary water in the room. I told reception about it, they said they would leave a note to the technician, but naturally nothing was done about it. When searching through the reviews here on Google I saw that someone else complained about the same noise 2 years ago. I was in room 012. When asked at the reception if all rooms were as dark and complaining about the noises I asked about the possibility of switching rooms but according to them they were fully booked. My refugee was spending most of the time at the lobby of the hotel where there was light enough to work. The gym was nice enough, but apparently, even though I simply walked in, you need a reservation to use it. No towels or water at the gym. Now, if you think you can simply walk to the convention center, forget about it. Even though you can, there’s no sidewalks and through parts you actually walk on the freeways where people drive like lunatics. I did the walk on the first day but on the others I took a taxi because it wasn’t safe. Taxi costs around 20 euros each way. There’s also nothing to do around and in the hotel. There’s a McDonalds 300 meters away you can get at by walking on the street. And that’s it. You’re isolated in a dark and depressing room. I had three nights booked, but I left on the second and went to another hotel because I couldn’t take it anymore. Depressed during the day and couldn’t sleep at night due to the noises. I was speaking at the conference and the hotel didn’t help me rest for it. To wrap up, I paid for breakfast the first day and regretted it. Not a lot of variety, scrambled eggs were too well done and soaked in oil. Even hotels in London had better breakfast. Coffee was from automatic machines. I didn’t even try the restaurant for dinner because I was afraid the food was going to be equally bad. From the reviews, it feels like people think the hotel is good for families and people with cars. It’s definitely not worth it for people without cars that are there for business. Rather I’d stay in the center of Busto Arsizio and take a taxi from there to the venue or even stay in Milano and take the train everyday. Hope this helps someone else think of staying here for going to Malpense Fiere.

22/04/2025: Known their products at the farmer's market in Legnano. We went to eat at their farm last year for an anniversary and this year at Easter, everything was good. The nature that surrounds everything is also beautiful. We had such a good time that we will return.

30/09/2025: Very average place, medium-small, negative experience both in terms of quality and service. The latter with extremely long waits and very small portions. The owner is gloomy and unfriendly. We won't return and we don't recommend it.

14/09/2025: The Positano restaurant pleased us with its beautiful interior, calm atmosphere and pleasant service. But, alas, the price/quality ratio does not match. The mussels were rubbery, and the mix of raw seafood clearly does not match the stated price.

11/10/2025: Good food, we ate polenta with porcini mushrooms and polenta with rabbit, fair price, atmosphere... a bit cold, however I can't leave a negative review, but I wouldn't go back

10/10/2025: We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very quiet, 50 minutes from Como and Lugano, and the inn is very nice. The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant and pizzeria are very popular, with very good food and reasonable prices. The pizza is good. Free coffee and water are available from the vending machines. The breakfast is good, but I could probably improve it a little. The breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

29/06/2025: We were warmly welcomed even though it was a very late hour. Kindness and availability towards us and our three children. Excellent food, the pasta with ragù and chianti was special, but the gnocco frutta was also very worth it. Very good price, the 5 of us spent less than a dinner in a pizzeria, but we didn't eat pizza. Sorry but I didn't have time to take photos with the full plates

26/06/2025: I didn't have a good time, we were sitting in a little street in the center where every now and then a car passed by and that's fine, but when the residents put out the recycling we had dinner next to some garbage bags....... as for the food, the ravioli filled with roast were dry and a little too salty, the pork morsels were quite good. The waitress left, we paid the bill to a lazy guy who didn't even ask us if we had enjoyed ourselves........ as far as I'm concerned I won't go back

16/09/2025: Informal and welcoming place, attentive service, very fair prices, and generous portions. Today I ate lunch outside. Simple and relaxing place, fast and attentive service...fair prices and high quality. I returned after a while and have always found excellent service, with a casual yet welcoming atmosphere and simple, light, and tasty dishes...excellent staff and very fair prices...well done!!! Quality...special mention for the pasta with meat sauce and a very worthy caramel custard...well done!!!!
