Coming from someone who's eaten Indian food everywhere, I think this is not only the best in Gallarate, but in the entire province of Varese. Well done, and congratulations! 08/11/2025: Let's start with the fact that it's a bar/trattoria, first a bar and then a trattoria, which justifies the 3-star rating for the ambiance. This, however, doesn't detract from the skill of the chef and the quality of the ingredients served, all within the confines of a fixed menu, which changes daily, even rotates, and is enhanced by the possibility of slight customization. As for the service, I have nothing but praise: the waitress is truly professional, polite, and friendly. It's truly a wonderful place for breakfasts, business lunches, and aperitifs, easily accessible, with ample, convenient, and free parking 20 meters from the restaurant. The fixed lunch menus, consisting of a first course, second course, and side dish, are offered for €15, including service, water, and coffee. Highly recommended...

20/10/2025: What can I say? The food is delicious and excellent value, but Locanda del Bruco stands out from all the others for the kindness and friendliness of the owner, whose qualities include attentiveness and the speed of a spinning top. The platter of fried gnocco is plentiful and top-quality, and the pizzas are also very good and offer a wide selection. They also make first and second courses that are very appetizing, but I haven't tried them yet...I'll definitely be back!

14/10/2025: Here you'll find the three key factors that make a restaurant more than just a restaurant! The warm welcome from the very first moment, the impeccable service, and the truly excellent and generous cuisine are all combined in this very pleasant place where you feel right at home! I'm not inclined to give it top marks, but I wouldn't be honest with myself if I hadn't. If you're looking for authentic cuisine and a warm welcome, all in a very warm atmosphere full of good vibes, head to La Locanda del Bruco!

21/09/2025: Modern pub experience, very good and unique beers, good food and precise service, recommended for evenings with friends.

03/11/2025: There were 4 of us at dinner, 3 of which were different, and they arrived at the table 10 minutes after we ordered. When we asked if they were reheated and ready, we were told there were 10 chefs in the kitchen, too bad the dishes got cold after a short while!!! The icing on the cake was that we ordered coffees right afterward, and the staff kindly asked if we could leave the table in the next 10 minutes!!!!

27/10/2025: A welcoming place with young staff who make you feel at home. Truly generous and high-quality dishes. Competitive prices and delicious menu. Don't go if you're on a diet 😂 Dogs are very welcome. We'll be back.

22/10/2025: A well-maintained Chinese restaurant with friendly service, very reasonable prices, and a menu with a wide selection of dishes. The soy noodles were excellent, among the best I've ever had, and the "moon cake" was very good (highly recommended).

25/08/2025: The pizzas were very good, but the staff, not so much. There were no restrooms in the restaurant. The dishes were charged €1 per person, which I find UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! It's not right to charge us for the dish we're eating from.

08/09/2025: Chosen at random because it was nearby for a trade fair. Excellent choice because the pizzas, desserts, and service were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the lady (whose name I unfortunately don't know) was disarmingly kind. We'll be back every week!

05/09/2025: We ended up there by chance, we ate pizza and chips, rigorously peeled and fried on the spot. Excellent pizza, homemade desserts, super kind husband and wife, we will be back to try the first and second courses. Highly recommended. Well done.
