15/06/2025: Non ho idea del perché questo ristorante si chiami così ma entrandoci per la prima volta si avverte la sensazione di essere catapultati in un'altra epoca, un qualcosa di magico che riporta alle atmosfere parigine dei grandi artisti degli anni '20 (e forse da qui il nome...). E' il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e io e mia moglie cercavamo qualcosa di 'speciale' dove festeggiarlo. Vedendo quest'oasi di pace e silenzio in un cortile di una casa antica circondati da fiori e dolce musica in sottofondo pensiamo proprio di aver trovato quello che cercavamo. E' sabato sera e non posso fare a meno di pensare alla confusione che regnerebbe negli altri locali e questo mi provoca un neanche tanto sottile piacere. Un'affabile signora ci accoglie con molta gentilezza, simpatia e garbato umorismo mentre un altrettanto gentile ed efficiente cameriera ci servirà per tutta la serata. Optiamo per un 'percorso pesce' ed un 'percorso carne ' cioè una specie di degustazione di piatti che ci lascerà alla fine molto soddisfatti.

26/11/2025: The pizza was really good, even with special dough, and black rice. The Spanish ham, Pat Negra, wow, and the desserts were delicious. The service was always kind and courteous, very attentive.

11/11/2025: Simply great, (simple and great) literally Good food, friendly service, most of the customers are local. A feeling of a wonderful visit to the neighborhood restaurant. We were hesitating between two pizzas... Without asking, they prepared a half and half platter for us just to taste and enjoy, champions!

01/03/2026: We had dinner for two on Saturday evening. We ordered raw red shrimp (delicious) and a scampi tartare for an appetizer. Unfortunately, the tartare was awful, the accompanying scampi was good, but the tartare base (left on the plate because it was unimaginable) was watery and flavorless. We politely told the waiter that we didn't like it (without asking for a change of dish, only to report it to the kitchen). Next, we ordered ravioli stuffed with perch (very little fish and coarse pasta) and spaghetti cacio e pepe with scampi tartare (very little and unfortunately the same as the appetizer, which we also reported to the waiter, without asking for a change of dish). The kind waiter finally suggested we report the issue to the cashier. At the cashier, they asked us if everything was okay. We reported this to the waiter. He didn't even answer, just shook his head and told us how much we owed. A rather grotesque experience. It's a shame, because we spent €190, including a good bottle of wine. We're happy to spend and just want to eat well and be listened to by the staff. Here, you're completely ignored, perhaps because they have a good number of customers. I wasn't expecting a discount or other dishes. A "sorry" would have been enough. But not even that. We won't be returning.

25/01/2026: Very nice. We stayed in the bubble outside. A nice idea. Good coffee, goodies, and sweets. Perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast with friends.

26/02/2026: We stopped in after a very long day and were welcomed even though we hadn't booked. Welcoming, attentive service, minimal wait, pizza prepared in front of you. A cozy atmosphere inside; a large covered dining area outside.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. The owner treated us badly. This person shouldn't be working with the public. We arrived with a child and backpacks; from the moment we walked in, they didn't even say "good morning" but immediately started scolding us, saying backpacks weren't allowed. Their prices are way higher than what they advertise. In short, I hope they close soon. They didn't earn my money; they took it from me. Awful.

04/03/2026: A no-frills trattoria where you can eat really well, with a fixed-price lunch menu. Ample parking.

23/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch before leaving on holiday and it was a great discovery. We ate really well. They have a set menu for €15. The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: Impeccable service, kindness, and helpfulness deserve a 10. The food is delicious and the prices are extremely competitive; it's impossible to leave hungry. The cocktails are also good, with a good selection. The only flaw is that the place is a bit small and can get quite noisy when full. If you're looking for a quiet or peaceful place, perhaps you'd better look elsewhere. In short, go there, whether for an aperitif or dinner.

09/10/2025: The best gelato shop in the world, period. A gelato paradise in a corner of Azzate. 🍦 Natural, seasonal, and ever-changing flavors, made with a care you can taste with every bite. You never get tired of a cone. The owners are disarmingly kind, they make you feel right at home. A masterpiece of flavor and love ❤️

02/12/2025: Average takeout pizzeria: prompt service, decent pizzas, and reasonable prices. Nothing memorable, but it gets the job done when needed.

17/03/2026: Al Vecio Piave has brought Valmarchirolo back to its former glory. We needed a restaurant that wasn't just a place to eat, but a family-friendly, warm, and welcoming atmosphere where you could feel pampered by Sabrina, Simo, and the entire staff. With a new look, it offers a modern take on traditional yet innovative cuisine. Highly recommended.
