Delicious gelato! It's the best gelato I've ever had. The staff is very friendly. It's worth going to Varese just for this gelato. I recommend it to everyone!

The staff was really super kind and helpful, the ice cream is really good, the only thing holding me back from giving it a fifth star is the lack of air conditioning, not so much for me since I was inside relatively little, but for the workers, male and female. In this heat it's unacceptable and I don't know how they manage to work like this.

Excellent service and delicious ice cream. The only flaw was the air conditioning not working...it was so hot, I don't know how they managed to stay inside...otherwise, everything was excellent.

There's no comparison with the other ice cream shops in Varese! They try... but the ice cream at LA ROMANA is, in my opinion, UNMATCHED!! The staff is super friendly, despite those on this side of the counter who can't wait to "shoot" the staff... not understanding how difficult it is to deal with thousands of people... often overly pretentious!

Every time I come to Gelateria La Romana, it's always a pleasure. The gelato is truly delicious, with classic flavors as well as new and original creations. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this gelato shop!

03/05/2026: We attended a wedding. The location was lovely, and the service (catering) was very attentive and elegant. The dining room is very beautiful, but since it's a glass structure, it was a bit hot on a sunny day. The road leading there isn't paved for the last stretch, but it's only a few meters.
27/04/2026: We held our wedding in this wonderful location. The client service was impeccable and professional, and the greenhouse and the surrounding environment are charming, elegant, and unique for those looking for something different!
