03/10/2025: Congratulations, the food and the place were excellent, I will definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Small but very nice place, without too many things hanging on the walls like other places. I was seated right away. Service was very fast. The Margherita pizza was delicious, as was the panna cotta. At other tables, I saw truly inviting burgers, tartare, and pasta dishes. The waitress was very kind. It's close to the motel where I was staying. The only downside is that the street is completely dark and halfway there's no sidewalk. The bill for 1 Coke, 1 pizza, and 1 panna cotta was 17 euros. Absolutely reasonable.

04/08/2025: Note: The restaurant is dated and in the middle of traffic. That said, we had dinner for two with a friend on the terrace, which was beautifully presented and set. The waitress, very helpful and polite, even brought us mosquito spray, which was much appreciated. After a classic aperitif, we chose from the seafood menu. Tuna tartare, salmon tartare, tuna steak, mixed fried fish. Tiramisu and crème brûlée. Fresh Pinot Noir, two red wines (corretto), and two limoncellos. Excellent quality, especially the tartares, which were truly delicious, but nothing to complain about with the dishes presented. Price: EUR 180. Probably a high price for Ponte Tresa, but justified by the good quality. A tip? Don't charge EUR 5 for a limoncello, but offer it to your guests; it would make a better impression. Furthermore, the restaurant was desolately empty: it's true that it's early August and many are on vacation, but a price adjustment could positively influence a new clientele. Well done anyway.

17/11/2025: We had wontons and spring rolls; the spring rolls and wontons were very greasy, and we suffered all evening. The chicken sweet and sour and the Cantonese rice were alright, and the waiters were extremely quick and very friendly. Our hair, bodies, and clothes reeked of grease after the meal.

22/10/2025: Such a great experience, having lunch with the locals. It was lunch time, so all tables were full. However, the owner moved some tables around and brought another table from the terrace, to accommodate us. They have a daily menu with 3 choices of first course and 3 choices of second course. Delicios traditional food, great authentic atmosphere.

22/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria in Laveno Mombello after finding many lakeside establishments closed or without a fixed-price lunch menu. I had a truly positive experience at this family-run restaurant, where I enjoyed a full menu for €15: braised ravioli, roast beef, baked potatoes, water, and coffee. The food was truly high-quality, especially the meat, both in the filling and the main course. The service was friendly, a bit slow for a business lunch, but it was a special day as there were many construction workers. The atmosphere is typical of a simple trattoria, maintaining the traditional design of days gone by. Recommended. 4⭐

09/11/2025: Amazing South Merano Pizza! I went to this pizzeria for dinner with friends. The pizza was excellent, as were the fried foods. There's a great variety of options. My Merano pizza was incredibly thin, delicious, with a very light dough and excellent ingredients. The place is very well-kept and the staff is friendly. I'll be back to try other delicacies; it's definitely worth a visit!

04/11/2025: The atmosphere is charming, a little more refined on the entrance level and a bit more country-style on the lower level. The service is friendly and overall fast, the menu offers a good selection, and the pizza is excellent in terms of ingredients. I wasn't entirely convinced by the dough, and the dessert was good. I highly recommend this place.

There was only one guy working both the counter and the kitchen. He was very kind, and I hope the owner realizes how difficult it is to keep up with all this. I've read reviews complaining about the service, but if there's no dedicated service staff, I wonder what kind of service they're complaining about. It's also true that expecting service at a takeout pizzeria is extremely picky. That said, it was a pleasant lunch, and I'll definitely be back to try the pizza. 22/11/2025: The pizza, both round (they only make it in the evening) and by the slice, is good and definitely worth a try. The service, however, is a shame... the person at the counter is often absent and doesn't pay attention to customer requests, making the experience less pleasant than it could be. The interior, however, is decorated in a charming and welcoming way. With more attentive service, the place would have great potential. Two slices of pizza cost €7.

16/09/2025: We booked a table by chance and had dinner with the family. We were immediately struck by the beautiful urban-style setting, with attention to every detail. An even more pleasant surprise were the dishes, original and delicious. All this was accompanied by kind and attentive service.
