The sea bass that arrived smelled rotten, my daughter, having her nose blocked, did not smell it and ate it, she was sick all night, we also called to say that the sea bass was not good, they took it away, we disgusted, we did not eat again and they did not give us any discount, unfortunately I am sorry to say that after so many years I will not go back there again, it was my trusted sushi

30/09/2025: Nothing special! An absolutely average all-you-can-eat restaurant, nothing to rave about. The appetizers, including ravioli and takoyaki, are frozen (they don't make them themselves), and the sushi rice was cooked well, but some rolls were a bit overcooked. The nigiri were good, the uramaki with shrimp tartare, and the California roll (crab meat) were good, but otherwise, everything was nothing special. There's a good selection for vegetarians. The staff were very friendly.

31/08/2025: Thin crust pizza...not like the one in Naples...the flavor is pretty good, but I would have preferred it to be more rustic...they all seem a bit similar. High priced, given that we're in Caiello, a hamlet of Gallarate, not Milan.

15/06/2025: Non ho idea del perché questo ristorante si chiami così ma entrandoci per la prima volta si avverte la sensazione di essere catapultati in un'altra epoca, un qualcosa di magico che riporta alle atmosfere parigine dei grandi artisti degli anni '20 (e forse da qui il nome...). E' il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e io e mia moglie cercavamo qualcosa di 'speciale' dove festeggiarlo. Vedendo quest'oasi di pace e silenzio in un cortile di una casa antica circondati da fiori e dolce musica in sottofondo pensiamo proprio di aver trovato quello che cercavamo. E' sabato sera e non posso fare a meno di pensare alla confusione che regnerebbe negli altri locali e questo mi provoca un neanche tanto sottile piacere. Un'affabile signora ci accoglie con molta gentilezza, simpatia e garbato umorismo mentre un altrettanto gentile ed efficiente cameriera ci servirà per tutta la serata. Optiamo per un 'percorso pesce' ed un 'percorso carne ' cioè una specie di degustazione di piatti che ci lascerà alla fine molto soddisfatti.

19/08/2025: Chosen for an aperitif with former colleagues, we found a quiet place where we could chat without rushing. The platters with various appetizers, excellent wine recommendations, and friendly staff made the evening very enjoyable. Recommended.

28/06/2025: Varied aperitif and more than enough to be considered an apericena (cold cuts, cheeses, meatballs, baked potatoes, finger food and even a small dessert) The wines are excellent. About 25 euros per person with: aperitif platter and first glass, second glass and dessert.

27/09/2025: Perfect cocktails! The only place in Laveno for a pleasant aperitivo. I recommend Il bacio di Klimt, a fantastic cocktail: coconut, stega, pineapple, chili pepper, pineapple... The bartender, Patrick, is excellent. The lake view, great music, and friendly waiters are not to be underestimated!

11/10/2025: We had an excellent pizza tour. Some people were a little behind on the portions, but overall, we were all very satisfied. Massimo is an excellent host, and his entire staff is a guarantee. Next time, I'll ask to visit the small museum downstairs.

31/08/2025: Located on the provincial road in Castiglione Olona, ​​this café and bakery is popular with local workers. A family-run business with on-site production, run by the owner, his wife, and their son. This is a necessary premise, as it should imply kindness and courtesy on the part of those who have every interest in welcoming and retaining their customers: this is not the case at all. Excellent sweet and savory products. The coffee shop needs work, but since it's a bakery, I don't expect a cappuccino with a heart and the full body it should have. Don't expect a good morning or any other attention. I go every morning before work, and the lady at the counter isn't particularly friendly, but it doesn't matter if the professionalism is lacking. Because a "GOOD MORNING" IN A PLACE IS A SIGN OF PROFESSIONALISM, it's lacking. Perhaps the owner should ask himself a few questions, but I don't think that's one of his priorities. While it's true that they have quality products, he works because he's on the highway, in a more hidden area, and because of their hospitality, half the number would work. Parking is inside, but I don't recommend it because then, to get out, you have to wait or almost argue, as almost happened with me and my school mom, to get the car moved.

23/05/2025: In my opinion, the best bakery in the area, and I speak after having tried many. It is now my reference point for breakfast and supply of flours. Fantastic staff, you feel at home.

06/09/2025: Highly recommended! The place is spotless. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. I travel a lot, and it's rare to find staff so attentive to detail and so attentive to their customers. Friendly and welcoming. Plus, as a vegan, I found plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.
