Lately, every time I stop, my imagination wanders: the milk glass and the crodino glass are dirty and badly damaged, the coffee cup is dirty, the ginseng cup is dirty and badly damaged, the teaspoons are very dirty; out of the four coffees we drank, there wasn't a single clean teaspoon, not even a clean cup. Every now and then, change the cups, glasses, and teaspoons; they're sickening in those conditions.

A family-run business with on-site production, run by the owner, his wife, and their son. This is a necessary premise, as it should imply kindness and courtesy on the part of those who have every interest in welcoming and retaining their customers: this is not the case at all. Excellent sweet and savory products. The coffee shop needs work, but since it's a bakery, I don't expect a cappuccino with a heart and the full body it should have. Don't expect a good morning or any other attention. I go every morning before work, and the lady at the counter isn't particularly friendly, but it doesn't matter if the professionalism is lacking. Because a "GOOD MORNING" IN A PLACE IS A SIGN OF PROFESSIONALISM, it's lacking. Perhaps the owner should ask himself a few questions, but I don't think that's one of his priorities. While it's true that they have quality products, he works because he's on the highway, in a more hidden area, and because of their hospitality, half the number would work. Parking is inside, but I don't recommend it because then, to get out, you have to wait or almost argue, as almost happened with me and my school mom, to get the car moved.

05/10/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant for a birthday party. The staff was truly friendly and always available. The atmosphere was welcoming to everyone, with good food and especially excellent desserts. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of an acquaintance, but I have a few criticisms. First of all, I ordered the "Ventaglio di mare" appetizer, which was all good, except for the fact that I didn't like the surimi in the seafood salad portion, which gave me the impression of frozen rather than fresh produce. The marinated anchovies tasted too much like vinegar; otherwise, I wasn't entirely satisfied. Another diner ordered the tuna tartar, but it had too much oil and lemon; it should be plain to fully appreciate the flavor of the fish. It's up to the diner to add whatever they want, if they want. The raw fish with fried gnocco was excellent, while the fried gnocco could be better. The swordfish was excellent and cooked to perfection, and the grilled cuttlefish was good but nothing special. The staff was friendly and efficient, and there was nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was very casual, and the food was good for people with no expectations. In conclusion, I enjoyed it, but not entirely satisfied.

15/06/2025: Non ho idea del perché questo ristorante si chiami così ma entrandoci per la prima volta si avverte la sensazione di essere catapultati in un'altra epoca, un qualcosa di magico che riporta alle atmosfere parigine dei grandi artisti degli anni '20 (e forse da qui il nome...). E' il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e io e mia moglie cercavamo qualcosa di 'speciale' dove festeggiarlo. Vedendo quest'oasi di pace e silenzio in un cortile di una casa antica circondati da fiori e dolce musica in sottofondo pensiamo proprio di aver trovato quello che cercavamo. E' sabato sera e non posso fare a meno di pensare alla confusione che regnerebbe negli altri locali e questo mi provoca un neanche tanto sottile piacere. Un'affabile signora ci accoglie con molta gentilezza, simpatia e garbato umorismo mentre un altrettanto gentile ed efficiente cameriera ci servirà per tutta la serata. Optiamo per un 'percorso pesce' ed un 'percorso carne ' cioè una specie di degustazione di piatti che ci lascerà alla fine molto soddisfatti.

19/10/2025: I went today for my nephew's birthday. There was an à la carte menu. I chose polenta and stew. I have to say that I have never eaten such a tasty stew. Compliments to the chef, thanks to Alessio Zarini and all the staff for the service and kindness. I give 5 stars. TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT!!!!

18/08/2025: A lovely place in the center of Gallarate, in the pedestrian area, where you can enjoy excellent beer and appetizers. A bit small, but in the summer they also have outdoor seating. The chalkboard menu features excellent burgers, but I was there for an aperitivo.

14/07/2025: I found it somewhat by chance, and was immediately struck by the interior decor and the friendly owners. The pub has a strong pirate theme, with dark, welcoming colors. The menu offers a good selection, especially alcoholic beverages, and the attentive and helpful service immediately put me at ease. Prices are reasonable for a downtown pub. The burgers are quite good, and the platters are generous and perfect for an aperitif or appetizer. I'll definitely be back.

The quality of the dishes is excellent, carefully crafted and in keeping with the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine, with great attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; special thanks to Matteo, always available and ready to offer recommendations from the extensive wine list. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I've always had a great experience. I find it harder to find satisfaction here, where you get to see people reinventing themselves, changing, and taking on new challenges, than it is to evaluate a place you've only been to once (it's a hit or miss).
