16/06/2025: Nice little bar, about ten tables inside and a couple outside, overlooking a square used as a parking lot, not very busy. Excellent brioches with a good selection and a selection of sweets and pastries. Friendly and nice staff, recommended.

09/05/2025: The couple running this cafe are really nice, and eager to make small talk with you. Really good sandwiches, coffee and a nice looking cafe. If I lived here i would come here for a coffee everyday. Would recommend!!

31/03/2025: Characteristic bar, equipped with everything, located in the small square of Galliate Lombardo, with tables outside. The owners are good, welcoming, attentive. The pastries are excellent as are the sandwiches, the aperitifs are super! A nice place, I recommend it.

17/07/2025: Fantastisk sted med lækker mad og eminent service. Vi både overnattede og spiste aftens- og morgenmad. Du får ikke smukkere udsigt. Værelserne af lidt ældre dato, men rene og med smukkeste udsigt. Top karakter for udsigt, smagsoplevelser og personalet på stedet. Kommer meget gerne igen. Obs. Parkering er lidt væk fra hotellet/restrauranten.

13/07/2025: We went for dinner, the staff were very kind, the food was excellent (I recommend the wild boar fillet, it was spectacular) and the view... enjoying the sunset over our lakes is priceless.

13/08/2025: I spent a day at the wellness center. The spa was beautiful. The outdoor pool was beautiful. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I can't understand why there's a nice outdoor bar near the pool and umbrellas, but in the morning they don't serve drinks or cocktails until 3:00 PM. Many of us wanted an aperitif by the pool, but we were told it wasn't possible, which is a shame. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

12/08/2025: Just a short walk from Varese, a welcoming hotel with all the comforts, including a restaurant (mainly meat). It also features a swimming pool and a wellness center!

06/07/2025: Very rude staff, even answering badly to customers during orders, I do not recommend you take fried foods because they are all frozen, but the food is still salvageable, the problem is the waiters who do not smile are not kind and answer badly to customers. 22/06/2025: It is now my go-to oriental restaurant. The staff is very kind, the food Very good and the location spectacular. If you want to gorge yourself on sushi or Chinese food this is absolutely the right place.

If you love Japanese cuisine but have lost your enthusiasm for the usual all you can eat, the PONTE ROSSO restaurant in Ponte Tresa (Italy) is definitely worth a visit. This is exactly why I chose it: here you eat real, high-quality sushi, prepared with artisanal care and served in generous portions, all at an absolutely balanced price. The classic rolls are already a guarantee in themselves: excellent freshness, precise cuts, well-balanced ingredients, no excess rice, but only authentic taste and first-rate raw materials. But the real surprise comes when you get off the beaten track. Driven by curiosity, I decided to let myself be carried away by the proposal of hot cuisine and raw fish: a revelation. Dishes such as meat skewers (chicken and beef) - with a complex but harmonious aromatic profile - and a selection of raw fish prepared at the counter in family style, tell a story made of attention, research and passion. Everything plays in balance between well-calibrated contrasts: between crunchy textures and umami delicacies, between flavor, sweetness and acidity, in a dance of flavors that is never banal. 05/07/2025: Dosi abbondanti, menù ricco di tradizione e atmosfera accogliente sono gli ingredienti per un’osteria con i fiocchi: ed è proprio quello che ha questo ristorante! Si può trovare un vastissimo menù! A partire dagli antipasti (lumache, gnocco fritto, tempüra…), i primi abbondantissimi (vari tipi di risotti serviti direttamente in pentola, Raviolotti in PLIN, Lasagne…), i secondi (orecchie di elefante, costine di agnello…) e i dolci. Un ottimo posto!

01/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena un paio di mesi fa. Cibo nella media ma il pesce persico è stato immangiabile, talmente battuto per farlo sembrare più grande che sembrava un foglio di quaderno, tanto era sottile, non sapeva di nulla, solo di impanatura. Poi caro rispetto a quello che si mangia.

23/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro quasi 2 anni dopo. Ottimo come allora. Le proposte per il pranzo di lavoro, spesso piatti unici, sono eccellenti e per tutti i gusti. Rigorosamente sfiziosi, sono in porzioni generose. I crostini al tavolo sono il classico uno tira l’altro.

23/03/2025: Business lunch almost 2 years later. As good as it was then. The proposals for business lunch, often single dishes, are excellent and for all tastes. Strictly tasty, they are in generous portions. The crostini at the table are the classic one leads to another. The environment is furnished in a particular way. Not only quality products as an additional proposal, but refined furnishing details placed here and there.

16/05/2025: The two of us stopped for a quick lunch in transit. The owner of tried to find us a place even though everything was booked (it was Sunday and there were anniversaries). Simple dishes but evidently made with passion, without too many frills. The meat for example seemed to me to be of quality, plated simply.
