A unique, small but welcoming place with an open kitchen, a family-run restaurant with very friendly and welcoming staff. The pasta was fresh, well-cooked, and very creamy, which is not to be expected! The stew was very tasty, but we didn't like the artichoke. Hi everyone, I wanted to write this review about The Cave. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with attention to every detail. The staff is very kind and attentive to every request. The food is excellent, with fries that weren't too greasy. The sweet potatoes were very good. I had the double smash burger, which was very good, and for dessert, a very good lotus cheesecake. I would go back.

The place is very beautiful, well-kept, and has a lovely atmosphere: industrial/vintage style, warm lighting, musical accents, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. We tried the Double Smash and the El Chapo. Both were very good: excellent artisanal bun, flavorful meat, and balanced pairings. The El Chapo, with lime mayo, pink peppercorns, garlic, cheddar, caramelized jalapeños, and raw onion, is bolder and more distinctive, but not overbearing. We finished with the chocolate cake with berries and the Lotus cheesecake, both of which we highly recommend. The beer selection was also good: we ordered an Asnas Oceanian IPA and a Keller. The girl who served us was very kind, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. Perhaps, from a place with such a focus on craft beers, I would have expected a few more recommendations on the beers: a brief explanation or a suggestion on pairings with the burgers would have been a very welcome addition. The only other comment: the final bill, €70 for two, was perhaps a bit steep for the type of dinner? Although the quality and attention to detail were evident. Overall, a positive experience.

A really nice place, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I wasn't particularly impressed with the burger, not because it wasn't good, but simply because I expected a little more from the smash burger concept (so in this case it's just a matter of personal taste). Excellent value for money. Recommended!

This little place is a wonderful find with excellent beers and burgers. Great band!
