25/06/2025: A lucky find. If you are looking for a quality pizza that does not ferment in the stomach this is the right place. Friendliness and good food go hand in hand. I assure you that you will not regret it. I just moved to Somma and I have already found my favorite pizzeria ♥️ (I do not know the owner who I saw the two times I ate his pizza)

18/05/2025: I was looking for a pizzeria but the kindness of the waitress made me stop. My experience was 5 stars: kind and helpful waiting staff while the chef a tagliata and a fritto misto 100 e lode well done we will definitely come back to visit you

02/08/2025: Pub with good beer, friendly owners, and helpful waitresses. Excellent aperitifs. Highly recommended. I never give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement.

27/07/2025: On a friend's recommendation, we booked a table for two. We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. The place is small and charming. We ordered drinks and were asked if we wanted an aperitivo, which we said yes. After more than 40 minutes, and with our drinks already finished, we were served a sample of pasta. Meanwhile, we saw groups or people who had arrived after us being served platters, pizza, etc. I don't know if they have top-tier customers or prefer groups of six over two, but the fact is, to avoid making a bad impression, I won't recommend it. There are many other places that offer better service for the same price. The girls were very kind, but I can't really comment on the food, since apart from a sample of pasta with tomato sauce and chips from the bag, nothing else was served. After an hour, even though we wanted to order more drinks, we decided to get up and leave.

30/07/2025: We stopped by purely by chance, and it was almost our last choice... I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The octopus and potato cream were exceptional, and two pizzas were good and well-topped... perhaps a little too much mozzarella for my wife and I, but that's just personal preference. Even though the place was very busy, the service was attentive and fast. I'll definitely keep that in mind if I return to the Sant'Ambrogio area.

14/07/2025: Our expectations were far exceeded. The owners went to great lengths to describe their delicious lunch menu to us in English and Italian. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We would stop there again if we're in Varese.

05/08/2025: Nice and relaxed vibe. See if you can get a table with lake view. There's a couple of tables at the back that overlook the car park. We had very nice pizzas. There's also kind of bar area upstairs. And a pool for a fee.

04/08/2025: Nice place, excellent combination of food and pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

26/07/2025: Abito dal 2008 in Svizzera e vado spesso a Lavena Ponte Tresa a mangiare, come prevedibile sushi. Mia moglie mi suggerisce di andare in questo ristorante, invece, per una nostra serata do coppia, lei lo conosceva già. SPETTACOLO !!!!! Personale strepitoso, posizione sul lago stupenda, servizio rapido, cibo fresco e OTTIMO !!!!! Alla fine abbiamo speso 80 euro in due super soddisfatti delle ostriche, della focaccia, dei fritti misti e del dolce. 80 euro, oggi, ormai, li spendi anche in un sushi ayce ma non mangi a questo livello. Consigliato davvero a mani basse, provatelo al più presto se non lo avete ancora fatto.

19/07/2025: A beautifully located Italian restaurant right on the lake – highly recommended! We ate there several times during our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The service was always extremely friendly, attentive, and warm – you immediately feel welcome. The food was consistently fantastic: fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. Whether pasta, pizza, or fish – everything was a delight! A quick tip: It's best to make a reservation in advance or arrive right at the beginning of opening hours, as the restaurant is very popular and fills up quickly. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

05/07/2025: In this tavern the time spent is really worth it, to taste the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. Diners welcome, both annoying and chaste, all happy with the various appetizers. And to end on a high note, as someone says, you have to taste Alice's cakes. I conclude this ode by thanking Sara, Ilenia, Federico and Alice, and I invite you to book at Cerchio e la Botte to spend a happy day.

10/06/2025: Very good experience in this restaurant with friendly and smiling servers! The food is excellent, the portions are adequate. We ate on the terrace where the atmosphere is really intimate. I recommend without hesitation 👍
