26/08/2024: Food is really delicious and worth the price. It is located on the bottom of a mountain cliff which is fascinating. Their tiramisu is lovely and we recommended it. We came without reservation and there was no problem. Staffs are really friendly and accommodating.

28/07/2024: hi, I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family. I went in and they gave us a table. Afterwards they had to give us the menu like all restaurants but in the end we took it ourselves. Afterwards I ordered the pasta with pesto and the coca cola. a strange taste after we waited too long, too much attention, it doesn't even deserve 2 stars

16/12/2024: One night stay, well-kept hotel, very friendly staff who were also helpful in recommending typical places to eat even if not in their restaurant. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast with homemade mountain cakes and typical hams and cheeses.

10/08/2024: I was only there to eat so I can't say anything about the rooms, but I had a terrible experience with the restaurant. There was no à la carte menu, and the choice was super limited (if I remember correctly the first one was pizzoccheri, something similar to pizzoccheri or risotto). The food is not given in single portions, but they bring baking dishes and then it's up to you to share the food with everyone. The problem, however, was the wait: it took an hour for the starter and more than an hour and a half for the first course. We would have liked to have at least the dessert (skipping the second course) but it was already midnight, and being in the mountains the road to return is narrow and long. The waitress was kind, but disappeared without giving an explanation to any of the tables about this big delay. Having only 3 possible dishes I don't understand how it could take long, and above all the waitress could have gone around the tables apologizing for the delay. The prices are also very high, and as good as the food was I think they are a bit exaggerated. I'm not giving 1 star only because I was told by those who invited us that this isn't usually the case, so next time I come back I'll give it another chance (maybe it was just an unlucky evening, in which case I'll change the review) And after your response, absolutely disrespectful because instead of taking note of the criticism and simply admitting that for one evening things didn't go well you preferred to respond like this, I confirm only 1 star and will make sure I never return.

The welcome is courteous, the table service polite, the cuisine of a good standard with interesting dishes. Compliments !

16/12/2024: Found by chance in transit along the state road. Very welcoming environment. Many seats available in the outdoor area. Traditional local dishes. Really excellent quality. Price/quality ratio more than good and acceptable. Quick service. Very courteous staff. Possibility to visit the crotto and buy typical products. Highly recommended. Experience to be repeated.

30/08/2024: Very nicely located restaurant. Mostly open in summer from 12:30. Reservation recommended. Agriturismo with its own production of cheese, honey, salami etc. Great desserts! Prices are very moderate for the altitude. From the parking lot of the electrical substation it is about 35 minutes uphill on well-paved paths.

23/08/2024: Excellent experience in this small refuge surrounded by beauty! We tasted the mixed platter with sciat, the pizzoccheri di Chiavenna (a sort of gnocchi with cheese and mountain butter), the polenta taragna (tanning), the berry tart and the moka coffee. Everything EXQUISITE, even the bread, served in abundance, ...for me the first "business card"!!! The young waitress was very kind as was the owner who is also the creator of these delicacies! CONGRATULATIONS, absolutely recommended and will return! WELL DONE!!!
