One of the few places in the area open on Sundays off-season (October)! The menu is suitable for all tastes, and the pork shank and venison stew are truly excellent. Excellent service, almost no wait times...and the staff are friendly!

An excellent restaurant to suit every taste, located in the center of Bormio and decorated in a themed style. The restaurant is located in the old building where the eponymous Braulio was created in the late 19th century. Excellent quality dishes and the freshest ingredients: mountain pasta dishes, cuts of meat, and burgers, all top-quality, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended.

30/09/2025: Enchanting place, super welcoming and kind owners! Prices in line with the location, altitude, and management! The complaints in the negative comments should be more objective and take all factors into account! Highly recommended! The pizzoccheri are dreamy! PS: The only lodge open on September 28th in Val Zebrù!
26/09/2025: We passed by on July 23rd: we had booked a refuge, but along the trail a family recommended we stop here for the quality of the food. I can 100% confirm that the food is excellent: the tiramisu, in particular, is among the best I've ever tasted, if not the best. Highly recommended! A place to return to not only for the food, but also for the scenery and the warm welcome from the owners.

23/04/2026: Local cat came and demanded 10% of our meat. There was no chance to get rid of him, so we capitulated
22/04/2026: We ate in the basement restaurant, which had a seafood menu, and we were delighted. The head waiter and chef were incredibly friendly, the fish was freshly caught daily from the Milan fish market, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it!
