27/05/2025: I was yesterday, May 26 2025, with an American girl A.U. to taste the Valtellina specialties of this pleasant agriturismo. The room was crowded because it was time for business lunches but they kindly accommodated us in the VIP room.
The environment is surrounded by greenery. The sciatt were particularly appreciated, generous portions of all the dishes.

19/05/2025: I had been alone in August 22 and I had a great time, the food was excellent with generous portions and very good dishes.
We were two this weekend, convincing my partner to sleep in the dormitory with the attraction of the excellent food and generous portions. Unfortunately, the absence of the manager's wife in the kitchen was greatly felt. I also think that something is missing in terms of organization, you can't be told "I have to do the load on Wednesday, I've run out of bread" on Saturday night.
Shower token 4 euros for less than 5 minutes seems a bit excessive to me.

A Milanese Classic! A Must-Try: Ossobuco con Risotto alla Milanese!
This dish was absolutely phenomenal! The photo shows a signature Milanese dish — braised veal shank (ossobuco) served over saffron risotto.
The ossobuco was very flavorful and tender, and the sauce was rich, slightly sour, and deep. The bone marrow in the middle is the soul of the whole dish, smooth and fragrant, and it is super good when mixed with risotto!

18/05/2025: I can't say the food wasn't good, but it wasn't worthy of a five. The pizzoccheri weren't bad, I've had much better ones in other places. Maybe they were a little too salty and the cheese wasn't very tasty. Maybe it wasn't the chef's night! As for the wine, I had a glass of red Valtellinese on tap... The waiter didn't remember the name... It wasn't great, I would have preferred an inferno, or a red Valtellina or a Sassella, but it seemed like they couldn't give me a glass of that type of wine. The strawberries with ice cream were good. The typical appetizer was also good, but I don't remember the name, meatballs with melted cheese inside on a bed of salad. There was a lot of chaos inside and even though it was a May evening we preferred to eat outside where it was quieter. The waiters, poor things, were always running around going from one table to another. A little too much confusion, maybe because the food is good and it's a well-known restaurant.

24/02/2025: 2025.02.21 evening around 8-9PM I got severe food poisoning.
First of all I have to mention that all of our 6 people group had this virus - We order there pica ( Number 20 and 32 + spicy wings )
Furthermore it was last day of our holidays and next day we had trip back home for 8h drive + 4h flight.
After eating pica I experienced severe stomach aches, vomiting and .... I couldn’t sleep all night it was horrible experience.
Guy who made picas wasn’t wearing gloves, someone should check this institution.

14/06/2025: Cibo buono, personale scortese! Camerieri a modo ma la cassiera alla domanda fate conti separati risponde "per due lo faccio ma per 4 o 5 non te lo faccio" con tono molto scortese.
C'era il cartello in mezzo ad altri 4 o 5, in cui c’era scritto che non facevano conti separati, che non è stato visto, ma questo non è assolutamente il modo di rispondere e soprattutto, ogni cliente ha il diritto di pagare solo per ciò che ha consumato, quindi può pretendere uno scontrino personale!
11/05/2025: Non è la prima volta che andiamo a La Rasiga. Nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene, eccetto un piatto che non era realmente mangiabile, il contorno di funghi porcini. La porzione era abbondante, ma i funghi porcini erano pieni di aglio frullato, rendendo il piatto completamente sbagliato: eravamo in tre e nessuno di noi è riuscito a toccarli.
Quando la cameriera è venuta a ritirare i piatti e ci ha chiesto come mai non li avessimo mangiati e se li avremmo finiti, le ho spiegato che avevano troppo aglio. Lei non ha battuto ciglio e non ha risposto nulla: un banale "mi spiace non sia stato di vostro gradimento", nemmeno a parlarne.
Quando poi sono andato a pagare, la signora alla cassa mi ha chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene. Di fronte a quella richiesta, senza nessuna polemica, le ho segnalato che avevamo trovato tutto buono, tranne i funghi porcini che erano troppo carichi di aglio.
Un ristoratore il quale si interessa genuinamente dei clienti, dopo aver chiesto un riscontro al cliente, saprebbe accettare una critica posta in modo educato e direbbe che gli dispiace. La signora invece mi ha risposto che i funghi da loro li fanno così e che è relativo se piacciano o no.
Dunque secondo la signora, il piatto era perfetto: c’è chi lo capisce e chi no. Evidentemente, secondo lei, noi rientravamo tra questi ultimi.
La domanda che mi son fatto mentre lasciavo il locale è stata per quale motivo il ristorante chiedesse un feedback a un cliente, non essendo poi interessato / in grado di accettarlo. Una delusione.

15/06/2025: I traveled to Chiavenna by public transport via Prättigau, Engadin, and the Maloja Pass. I went exploring the old town of this provincial town. The alleys are bustling with life. My stay at the Passerini was absolutely delightful. The ambiance at the Palazzo Salis is inviting, the food is excellent, and the service is both competent and friendly. The value for money is good. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The return journey by post bus over the Splügen Pass is interesting. A very nice excursion with a GA or municipal day ticket to Chiavenna at no extra cost.
02/05/2025: Fermarsi da Passerini d mangiare bene, coccolati in tutti i sensi dell‘ alimentazione, della gentilezza e della simpatia. Questo tris per molti ristoratori risulta talvolta arduo, qui é la regola aurea.

16/06/2025: Lovely place. Low attic room, that's true, but good bed and neat bathroom. Delicious food in the evening and in the morning a nice breakfast with super tight coffee. In 3 different languages (and with grappa and genipi) still improved the world with the owner until long after dinner. We felt very welcome.
