13/08/2025: Delicious kebab, with fresh, excellent ingredients. A welcoming place, perfect for a leisurely meal. The owner, Rocco, is a wonderful person, always kind and helpful. The only shame is the recent price increase for sandwiches. Fucking hell.

24/05/2025: Very small place, just under ten 'flying' seats. Fantastic kebab. Really good. The pizza is the crunchy Arab type. Customers even from outside the area. There must be a reason.

02/07/2025: Passing through Gorgonzola, we were looking for a small restaurant where we could appreciate the typical cheese. La Vecchia Pesa has an interesting menu and perfect dishes (from homemade pasta, to spaghetti from the Marche company Mancini, a very appreciated fellow countryman of ours, to medallions with Gorgonzola, all delicious). We appreciated the friendly courtesy of both managers.

08/09/2025: Simple and clean place. Please note: Since it's not very large, it's best to book to avoid long waits. The pizza is very thin and crispy, and stands out for its quality ingredients. The burgers are also well-made and tasty, served with skin-on fries. The staff is friendly and the table service is excellent.

07/09/2025: Just arrived, the service was poor to say the least. The owner himself responded inappropriately, leaving customers unattended. Not recommended. The only positive note was the pizza wasn't bad. But the service and ambiance were terrible.

18/08/2025: Dinner for four, friendly and very professional staff, very fresh and well-prepared fish. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and well-kept. Definitely an experience worth repeating.

09/08/2025: This is a highly recommended restaurant near Piazza Centrale in Mestre. The seafood appetizers, both raw and cooked, were delicious. (Antipasto misto crudo, Antipasto Fortuna-cotto) This is a must-try in Venice. The cooked appetizer platter offers a variety of Venetian cicchetti, while the raw selection features high-quality fresh fish, red shrimp, and oysters. The wine is also reasonably priced. I recommend trying the Valdobbiadene Prosecco with the seafood. I personally enjoyed the sea urchin and bottarga spaghetti, which were among the most delicious pastas I've ever had. The tiramisu dessert, served in a jam jar, is highly recommended.

21/07/2025: BRAVO!! In the neverending Italian Pastaland, we found this place in "Mestre di Venice" Absolutely wonderful and quiet atmosphere between two houses with a terrace under the maybe worlds largest Terrrace Shade with lights. No hassle, no congestion. Just a genuine atmospheric place!!! For food, We took what the really good Albanian origin waiter proposed... And it became just a superclass dinner with flawless Local white wine, "antipasto fritte di mare" for starters. For the mains "We have this for today outside the menu", which was a superb large turbot prepared next to our table with all the sides. Tasty, nice food where even the Italian "Welcome" bread with fills was tasty and salty enough. Highly recommended!!!

22/07/2025: Sono stato in questa pizzeria napoletana e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente! La pizza era semplicemente spettacolare: impasto soffice e leggero, cornicione alto e ben alveolato, ingredienti freschissimi e saporiti. Si sente tutta la qualità e la tradizione partenopea in ogni morso. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, l’ambiente accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

06/07/2025: Positive experience. The place is small but welcoming, the two girls who serve the tables are nice, smiling and helpful. I took two first courses and trust me, when the dishes arrive you will be amazed by the quantity. I will definitely go back to try the tripe and sausage. I recommend everyone to go there

20/03/2025: Caro senza motivo. mar 2025 . Una pizza a pranzo , semplice , prosciutto e zucchine . Una birra Forst in bottiglia da 33 cl. e 1/2 minerale gasata . La pizza , peraltro discreta , € 10.50. La birra da 33 cl. € 7.00 . Bottiglietta d'acqua € 2.50 . Alla nostra esternazione riguardo soprattutto il ricarico sulla bottiglietta di birra e il prezzo elevato il proprietario rispondeva : " ... a me non interessa quello che dite ... importante è che la pizza sia buona " . Siamo esattamente sotto il ponte di Corsico , non a Milano centro . Peccato ... ci siamo rimasti davvero male . Mostra meno

28/08/2025: Four of us had dinner at this restaurant today. The atmosphere was pseudo-elegant but pleasant. The waiter was very friendly. The food was mediocre to poor at ridiculous prices. I felt cheated. The mussels weren't exactly fresh and had an unpleasant flavor (in fact, after I pointed them out, they weren't added to the bill). The grilled scampi and shrimp were well-presented but mediocre in flavor and rubbery in texture. The calamarata with seafood ragù was good, and the sciallatielli with clams and bottarga were decent. All of this was overpriced for the quality. The quality/price ratio is completely unbalanced.

23/08/2025: I stopped here for a poke bowl for lunch: the friendly and helpful staff also helps you choose the right ingredients, suggesting the best pairings. You order at the kiosk and can eat outside on the terrace with tables right in front. The quality of the food is excellent: three different bowl sizes and a wide variety of ingredients to choose from. Prices are average and excellent value. Recommended!
