The ice cream is always excellent and artisanal. I've tried so many flavors, and they're all truly better than the last. I recommend it and I'm always happy to return.

Delicious 😋 ☕️ with FIORDILATTE cream.
A little crowded on Saturday afternoons, there are few tables, you have to be lucky 🍀 to find one.
No service, but it's fine, the staff is always kind.
I also tried Caffè' Monnalisa with cream lemon zest and berry syrup. Delicious.
Staff always really nice and kind 🔝💯❤

We were first served by an employee with very rude manners and who does not respect the HACCP hygiene standards by serving ice creams without gloves and without washing her hands, never touching cell phones and money, the other employee is kind and professional, the girl with piercings and tattoos

The gelateria has good products, but I'd like to give special praise to Alessandra, a truly kind, helpful, and professional employee. She's always smiling and attentive to customers, and you can tell she's eager to work.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for some of her colleagues, who are unfriendly and unenthusiastic, making the experience less enjoyable.
Overall, Alessandra is a real asset to the place.

"Impeccable service. The bar girl, Chanella, was extremely professional, fast, and attentive to every detail. It's rare to find someone who combines such technical expertise with a natural flair for hospitality. The juice was excellent, but it's the service that really makes the difference. I'll definitely be back!"
