27/06/2025: We're here for the third time today and we really enjoyed it. The service is excellent. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. The food is also very tasty. There are far worse restaurants on the promenade.

09/09/2025: A classic of Milanese elegance, with impeccable staff and a clear sense of place, perhaps a little wooden. You don't go for the food, you go for the legend and the beauty of the furnishings and décor.

02/09/2025: I came to the cafe yesterday and paid €2 for a cappuccino, today they charged me €5 for a cappuccino and €7.50 for an orange juice. I’d avoid as a tourist since they charge what they fancy.

24/06/2025: I've been there several times lately but the shutters are always down. It seems to have closed permanently... A big loss for the neighborhood if true because they made divine ice cream 😭

02/06/2025: The products are excellent but in the morning there is an employee who to call rude is an understatement. He doesn't say hello, he throws the change that almost falls on the floor. I have rarely seen such sloppiness. And he is an employee

21/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato tramite uno smartbox con menù concordato. Appena abbiamo visto il posto, volevamo scappare: vetrine rotte e sporche, slot machines, divanetti rotti e sporco ovunque. Eravamo i soli avventori. Del menù mancavano alcune cose nell'antipasto, il primo non era quello indicato e il contorno era congelato così come lo strudel. Wurstel e birra buoni, ma le salse scadute da più di un anno no!

09/07/2025: We booked through Booking.com and presumably got the run-down rooms in the rear building. Everything was in dire need of renovation. The air conditioning system desperately needed to be cleaned of mold. Overall, €100 per room (including breakfast) is rather expensive. When I look at the pictures here, I can hardly believe we're talking about the same place. So be careful!

22/06/2025: Review: Unfortunately, the accommodation was very dirty and very worn. I even told my children to please only walk around the room with their shoes on. It was also very noisy in the evening, and the door was difficult to lock – which didn't give us a good sense of security. I've attached photos for clarity. 30/08/2025: DO NOT COME HERE. Having visited over 20 countries, this place had the worst service out of any restaurant I've ever been to. I sat down, and the waitress (whose name they refused to give me) threw the menu on my table without as much as a 'hello' or a smile. Already knowing was I was going to order, I politely said "no, thanks", and she LOOKS at me as if I just killed her dog. She says, in an extremely loud and unfriendly tone, that I *had* to order something, that I was standing on private property and that I wasn't allowed to sit down unless I ordered. While I understand some places may have a customer-only policy, this extremely rude woman had no idea I had looked at the menu beforehand and already had a dish in mind; she just assumed I wasn't going to order anything and yelled at me. I no longer wanted to eat there because I no longer felt welcome, but I had a Zoom meeting and nowhere else to take it, so I ordered an overpriced water, which was subsequently ALSO thrown on the table alongside a sarcastic "you're welcome", courtesy of our dear waitress. After going to the counter to pay (this place doesn't send your bill to the table), I politely asked the cashier for my waitress' name so I could let them know she could be a little nicer. He dryly said that he absolutely would not because he felt it was a huge privacy breach, appalled that I would even ask such a question. He then proceeded to asked me what I NEEDED it for (mind you, I only asked for a first name, and he was treating me as if I had asked for her credit card information and full ID number). Another cashier approached as well and looked at me as if I was insane. What was supposed to be a private criticism/slight complaint turned into this review. It truly felt like I was being ganged up on by the staff. I probably sound like a Karen, but this was truly horrible dining experience. Shout out to the one person who was even remotely nice to me, the terrace waiter who said "come back soon".

10/08/2025: A must-visit for after-work aperitivos in CityLife, the wine and drink selection is quite extensive, and the food is also quite good, with delicious platters, pizzas, and focaccias that I've always enjoyed. The waiters are always very quick and friendly.

18/01/2025: No one at the counter!! Too much waiting, arrived for the 1pm reservation. 0 living soul

10/01/2025: It's a shame they told us they're about to close... it's the first time I've been there for an aperitif and I had a great time with some friends. The place is quiet with music at a good volume for conversation, and the food is really good... especially the Cantonese pasta and rice.

04/02/2025: I hate giving bad reviews... especially because the staff is kind. However, by 2:20 PM, they're addicted to sweets and only have two flavors of cake left (isn't this a kind of ice cream and pastry shop?). I order the apple one: it's rather cheesy and the portion is medium-small. The place itself is also a bit sad and lacks any sense of purpose. It's gotten worse over time... I won't be back.

30/08/2025: One of the best gelatos I've had in Milan so far. I don't understand why they have such a low rating. We tried chai, pistachio, and coconut. The coconut was a touch too sweet, but the ingredients are genuinely high-quality.

20/08/2025: The ice creams are very delicious. The fruit one has a real fruit flavor! The classic flavors are very creamy and delicious. One of the best ice cream parlors I've tasted here in Milan.

31/08/2025: Cockroaches in the play area, so there will automatically be some in the kitchen too. The wait times for checkout are unbearable; the clerks look at each other like they're waiting for the Virgin Mary to come downstairs. Changes are needed immediately.

17/08/2025: Please, when preparing the products for Glovo, put them in one bag... don't separate the drinks. If the riders care, thanks. It happened to me twice with milkshakes.
