20/06/2025: Questionable quality food with an unpleasant aftertaste, and then cold dishes served piping hot after minutes and minutes in the microwave!

15/06/2025: I just wanted to have a Sunday aperitif ... I came home with heartburn and a headache ... Wines: there is a list, but in reality they only had two. So I take the Morellino di Scansano, but I wish I had never done it: a glass of acidic red wine arrives, which leaves the tongue bitter and causes after three sips a heartburn that not even the worst tavern marc ... Then served with chips and tarallini, both opened at least 2-3 days ago. To my complaints, the waiter / cashier then answers me with a smile "... ah, but I'm not the one who chooses the wines ...". What else to say, for €8 a glass a really great experience. Compliments to the management.

14/09/2025: I understand that it can be confusing at lunchtime. But you open the sandwich and it looks like it's been hit by a truck! It's basically a mess! I didn't go back to the cashier only because I would have had to wait in another interminable line.

30/03/2025: We went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening... nothing to say about the karaoke, but as far as the service and the drinks are concerned, I wouldn't set foot there again. You order two types of red wine and you get two equally different, undrinkable ones! When you point this out to the waiter he responds with a nice: "these are here!" Another note on the waiter.. totally rude and incompetent..! He scored several wrong pizzas and it was never his fault, answering rudely and making annoyed gestures when you asked for something. Never again…

05/09/2025: We have to visit Spontini whenever we're in Milan, and for good reason! We've eaten at several of their locations over the years, and the pizza is consistently outstanding. This was our first time trying the branch at Scalo Milano Outlet, and we even went back a second time on our last day before flying home to Berlin. The pizza is simply incredible—it's so crunchy and fresh, and the flavor is amazing. Our personal favorites are the Margherita and the Primavera. The value is also fantastic; a Margherita pizza for less than 6 Euros with this kind of taste and quality is unbeatable. During our first visit, we sat outside and the service was great. On our second visit, we sat inside because of the weather. The service was a bit slower, and there was a slight language barrier, as the staff didn't understand English very well. One of our pizzas also came a bit late, which meant one of us had to wait while the others ate. Despite these minor service issues on our second visit, we would still go back in a heartbeat. The pizza is just that good, and it's a taste we truly miss when we're not in Italy. If you want a delicious, authentic, and affordable slice of pizza, Spontini is the place to go.

31/08/2025: Unfortunately, my thoughts were confirmed. I saw with my own eyes that leftover pizza is reheated and then given to us customers. That means we pay (and not a little) to eat reheated pizza? Do you really do that? Not to mention the pizza chef who picked up the ingredients with his bare hands and then touched other products. I don't even know what hygiene is. You've lost so much, and you're only getting worse. Personally, not only will I never come again, I absolutely advise against it.

30/06/2025: The food is very average, nothing special. But the service is terrible; the barista is rude and disinterested. I don't recommend it at all.

30/06/2025: Home delivery almost always happens in a short time, and the prices are proportionate to the food, which is not bad anyway. The guys who answer the phone are very friendly, even the owner is a down-to-earth man. Having so far only ordered home delivery, I can't judge the place.

02/07/2025: 11€ for a small poke bowl (not regular, small), with literally 3 little soya balls as protein is ridiculous. On top of this, the quality is horrible - I’m seriously concerned about the ingredients as they do not taste fresh, the zucchini have a moldy taste and the sauce is slightly rancid. I don’t think this place should stay open.

23/06/2025: Last time I set foot in here. Until a few years ago I considered ‘I love poke’ the best option in Milan for a poke, in particular I frequented this location for a question of proximity. But over the last few years the quality has gradually worsened (and the prices have obviously increased), to the point of reaching a level that I do not consider sufficient in various aspects: the portions are now ridiculous, both in terms of base, topping, fish and seasoning now they put really tiny portions. with fish you could partly understand for a question of costs (even if.. they still charge for a poke..), but this level of stinginess even for a tiny portion of carrots honestly leaves me perplexed. In addition, the quality has also significantly worsened: the last few times I've been (over the last 5 months) I've had cases of rotten courgettes (who knows how long they've been there), avocados that were very old and very hard and inedible, finding a piece of plastic on top of the salmon, seasoning so reduced that the dish was very tasteless. Today I gave this place one last chance and I regretted it, so ultimately I will never return because it's a disappointment, an inconceivable quality (and quantity)/price ratio, a partly insufficient service (depends on the person, some are polite, others not so much). I don't recommend it. PS: I've only just read the other recent reviews that talk about the poor quality and quantity of the ingredients. It seems to me that there are different cases in addition to mine in the last period. Maybe it could be useful to really consider these reviews in a constructive way instead of inviting customers to 'come back' while maintaining an insufficient quality and quantity level :)

31/08/2025: There's not much to say: a terrible disappointment! The management has changed and it's no longer the place where you used to enjoy fresh fish! I was also unpleasantly surprised by the certainly not inviting smells of the dishes they serve, not to mention the contents🤷🏻‍♂️

23/07/2025: Con un cliente sono andato al ristorante. Accoglienza gentile. Servizio al tavolo preciso e cortese. Ci è stato portato una fetunta col pomodoro (buona). Ho preso acciughe burro e pane e carpaccio di di branzino alla piastra con della verdura grigliata (tutto buono). Caffè e acqua. Non conosco il costo perché mi è stato offerto, ma dal menù non meno di €50 a testa. Consigliato

14/01/2025: Sunday 6 October 2024. We ask for 2 proseccos and they bring us 2 cheap sparkling wines, which from the first taste leave an acidic aftertaste in the mouth, more fizzy than coca cola. Soggy chips and morsels of pizza left over by someone, reheated and overheated. Obviously we left both chips and pizza. We stumbled upon it by chance (it was the only bar open) and we will never go back. A poor couple arrived next to us who ordered 2 salads and instead of bread they brought them 2 slices of toasted bread. However we paid 10 euros for 2 glasses of undefined but carbonated stuff. In any other place, I have never paid more than 4 euros for a prosecco of more than good quality, complete with a cutting board! Totally inexperienced waitress who didn't even say hello and got the bill wrong. For completeness, January 2025, the bar is closed due to a change of management. I probably wasn't wrong in rating the food and service as poor.

29/08/2025: My third visit here. I found my peaceful shelter round here near the Stazione Centrale ... I today after ages succeeded in the new restart of organising my life. Nicely long tables, sockets, high stools and walls behind me make all the miracles that I desperately require. Hope to reconnect again soon and try some other coffee products here like Caffè Shakerato All'Avena Al Tiramisù.
