So much chaos! And to use the restroom they ask for the receipt for what you consumed when you bought the meal from the machine; finding water is a nightmare!

You eat with the Duomo in the background... Truly beautiful!!! Furthermore, despite the large number of customers, the staff is very fast, so the waits are short.

The most popular Mac in Milan with a wow-worthy view of the Duomo square and the cathedral. There are two lines (as far as I understand, two kitchens) and a separate Mac cafe area. It's certainly quicker to grab a coffee and a pastry and head up to the second floor, but you can also order and head upstairs to secure a table by the window. We were lucky. Just as our order was being processed, a table with a view opened up. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order on Saturday.

I'm biased when it comes to McDonald's because I'm not the biggest fan of this fast-food chain. But being located in front of the Milan Cathedral, it's especially crowded. The bathroom is tiny to accommodate so many customers, and the line for the men's restroom has a wait of more than 10 minutes. We sat upstairs and, to my surprise, I couldn't find any extra napkins to get up there.

The food was good, but they didn't provide a straw with the drinks. The atmosphere is also good, but the service, on the other hand, was disappointing. The takeaway crew was good; they could speak reasonable English, but the lady behind the counter couldn't and called me a fatso in Italian. Another problem is that the screens only display Italian text, and it would actually be more convenient if there was English text under the words for tourists. We arrived here at 5:00 PM.
