Cutlet: greasy, and the breading flakes. The "carving" knife is of the lowest quality. It can be purchased at a local kitchenware store. Roasted octopus: 6 Tuna sliced ​​tuna: 6 The Conte della Vipera Sauvignon wine by Antinori is excellent. 3 people in the dining room, of which only one was taking orders. 2 (apprentices?) inattentive and often "grazing." Uncertain wait times and subpar service. Scia on Martin needs to be revisited so it can return to its former glory.
