28/10/2025: So I think this is my first 2 star review ever…. We stopped here on the way back of the Greenaway de Lago walk (amazing!) as per the other reviews the lady was very friendly but charged 8EUROS for an ice cream, no prices anywhere and didn’t ask for the size etc, we had 2 affragatos at 7 euros each so 30 in total. Although I don’t mind spending, the whole thing felt very ‘scammy’ and underhand. I would AVOID…. (Icecream was ok, but not the best)
11/10/2025: We stopped for coffee and a treat here. The croissants looked good and the owner advised us that she makes them herself for we bought one chocolate and one plain. Both the coffees and croissants were great and priced reasonably.

31/10/2025: Great place for bikers to stop for ice cream, coffee, or sandwiches. I'm giving it 4 stars because €2 for a coffee outside is too much.
23/10/2025: The lady at the cash register is truly rude!
Coke in a can costs €4. We asked for two plastic cups, she gave us one, and for the second she said no because "she has to save them for the others."
Just look at the responses to the many negative reviews... and she'll respond to this one too... but it's clear she has nothing better to do... and that says a lot about the place.

07/12/2025: I've never encountered a more unwelcoming and rude person than the lady who works at this establishment. I hate to pass this judgment on the entire establishment even though we didn't order anything, but quite simply, we dared to approach two tables in the outdoor area (there were six of us with a stroller) and, after being ignored, when we asked to order, she rudely told us it wasn't possible, even though we'd saved them the trouble. It's incredible how some people work with the public.

07/08/2025: Non-compliant product... you can see it clearly, right? REASON FOR RECALL: chemical hazard... I just missed it because I was waiting for the DIY store to open... I wonder how you can put such an important sign at eye level for a 6-year-old, and a black and white one at that... I hope and wish that the products I've bought in the past have never had a recall... ridiculous

06/12/2025: The food and waiter service were terrible. Going to the bathroom was a rip-off, and on top of that, they lied about the prices to squeeze a few extra euros. A tourist scam.
30/11/2025: Two spritzes with no appetizers and a terrible cheese toastie at the counter for €26, without issuing a receipt. Plus, the blonde waitress was on a video call while at the counter. This place is definitely to be avoided. I've known this place for thirty years. It used to be tidy, and in recent years, it's gotten much worse.

13/01/2026: We've been strolling around Como, everything is beautiful, but we decided to stop at this bar for a drink and something to eat, and honestly, I have to say the service was terrible. The waitress served us very rudely. When we told her what we wanted to eat, she got annoyed and was incredibly impolite. She didn't even serve us the food we ordered; she just threw it on the table. I noticed she treated everyone the same way—zero friendliness, zero respect for people. Everything was awful. If anyone reads this, I suggest you avoid this bar altogether. It's not worth it! People like this drive tourism away! It's a shame for such a beautiful town as Como.
11/01/2026: The food and location were okay, but the service was terrible: we ordered two sandwiches, a Sprite, and a Coke Zero. The waitress brought regular Coke. I told her, and she changed. With the lasagna, she said, "I'll bring you the bread now," stopped to take other orders, and then forgot (the place wasn't even full). I asked for a menu to order something else, she brought it to me, then disappeared, and I had to go inside to look for it. Lots of smart young people are looking for work as waiters: give the job to someone who can connect two brain cells together, thanks.

24/12/2025: Coffee costs €1.30, dirty water would be more appropriate. Pizzas are better from the kebab shop; at least a Margherita doesn't cost €8 and they're edible. Brioches are fine, but €1.80 for a frozen one is definitely not.
06/12/2025: I ordered the beef steak: it was greasy, tough, and full of ligaments, impossible to chew. A side of carrots and fries was served cold. I asked the lady for other hot sides; she told me to heat them up in the microwave nearby... I definitely won't be returning.

Even though the menu says a child pays 10/15, today they charged us €25.90 for three, excluding drinks.
05/11/2025: If you come to consume an all you can eat menu, it is the worst place to come and spend your money, almost 2 hours sitting at a table for 4 small courses... a disgrace!
