13/10/2025: I don't recommend this place: the servers were rude, the pizzas (admittedly not too expensive) were bad, the Buffalo salad was disconcertingly simple. In short, definitely avoid!

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.
15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it.
Friendliness is a foreign word there.
The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists.
We recommend giving it a wide berth!

06/11/2025: The food is good, but it's the umpteenth time an item has been missing from the order.
They won't refund me because they say I didn't check to make sure everything was there.
In the past, I never had to check to make sure everything was there because I've never had problems with orders at other McDonald's locations, but at this one in Como-Tavernola, you always have to check to make sure they haven't forgotten anything.
If you don't do this, you're the one who loses if the order is incomplete.
People don't have the time or inclination to check to make sure everything is there. If you can't guarantee me good service, I won't come again.

04/12/2025: If you don’t want to get robbed, avoid this place. We had lunch that should have cost around €52, but they charged us €72. When I asked for a receipt, they claimed the machine wasn’t working—hmmm. On top of that, the food isn’t even that good.

CATASTROPHE !!
- les serveurs ne voient rien, j’ai dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour qu’on vienne prendre ma commande.
- les pâtes étaient basiques mais pas de fromage ou un morceau de pain pour accompagner les plats.
- les spritz étaient à moitié remplis et à mon avis coupés de moitié à l’eau
L’attrape touriste dans sa splendeur, dommage car le cadre est super
03/08/2025: Due pizze surgelate …. Un panino da 7 euro scongelato con due 1 fette di crudo e 1 di formaggio . Da italiano direi scandaloso far pagare 7euro un panino con dentro niente . Va bene che entrano i turisti stranieri e da italiani dobbiamo approfittarci !! A quei prezzi si può fare cibo di qualità e anche gli stranieri sarebbero più contenti di tornarci

06/07/2025: El Pinot Grigio Gravoso estaba fresco y tenía sabores muy interesantes. El Genisia Pinot Nero fue igualmente bueno y razonable. Los tagliatelle al funghi eran ligeros pero satisfactorios. El pesto estaba igualmente delicioso. También funciona como tienda de vinos por lo que su selección es variada. Queríamos volver para una segunda noche de comida reconfortante, pero nos quedamos sin noches en Como. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias Mille.
17/06/2025: Buena comida, pero propietario desagradable, grosero y poco alegre. Su personal parecía miserable. No hay ambiente ni relación entre todos ellos. Creo que es probablemente un poco intimidante para ellos, como yo sentía que era para mí.
No volveríamos. Gran pena, ya que la comida era muy buena.
