19/10/2025: I was there this morning… I ordered cappuccino and a brioche but I had to leave immediately and I ate the brioche in the car because the train I was supposed to film left early and would have arrived at the station in Cantù earlier than expected… I apologize if I was a bit 'like this' with the barmaids, but it was for a good cause

18/10/2025: My daughter's eighteenth birthday party booked for 25 people. The menu, drinks, and buffet were set. A toast at the cake cutting was a total disappointment. The buffet was so poor that more than half of the agreed-upon portion was missing. At one point, they couldn't find the cake I'd delivered that morning, but let's forget about this mix-up. We had to ask for everything because the staff wasn't aware of all the details set for the buffet. For two bottles of water, I waited I don't know how long. The staff was awful, rude, and annoyed. As I said, when it came time to cut the cake, they forgot the bottles paid for the toast, and they couldn't find the cake delivered that morning. Basically, I paid for half of the agreed-upon food. The service was terrible, and I'll stop here because I could go. Oh, I forgot about the two bottles for the toast that didn't happen. They refunded me the day after we complained. Half of the buffet was missing, and who knows what happened to it. In conclusion, I paid for a buffet for 25 people, but we got less than half the service and what was agreed upon. Never again.

17/06/2025: I ordered take-out, but the piadina wasn't cooked enough, good ingredients.

15/06/2025: I ordered at 7:45 pm and my piadina arrived, a very normal one with prosciutto and mozzarella, after 45 minutes, and we were the only ones in the piadineria. All this time to eat a piadina that wasn't that great.

24/11/2025: Terrible experience. Very slow service and visibly uninterested staff. When we simply asked for an aperitif (even during opening hours), one waitress in particular seemed annoyed because they were about to close. Immediately afterward, we heard unprofessional comments made behind our backs. This behavior created a truly unpleasant atmosphere. A little politeness and customer service would make a big difference.

23/11/2025: Unfortunately, there's no vegetarian or vegan option! You have to make do with the usual salad and plain pasta with tomato sauce. It wouldn't take much to include a few animal-free dishes!

01/11/2025: A truly wonderful place in the heart of Como! The setting is refined and welcoming, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent—dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients and tastefully presented. The service is quick, attentive, and very friendly. A perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special place to enjoy excellent cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

26/10/2025: Great food but the waiter was epically rude!!!!

05/10/2025: A nice place with old Art Nouveau wooden furnishings, but chemically treated pastries and mediocre cappuccino. There's a complete lack of restrooms for customers, which I thought was illegal by now. You can't have mediocre establishments in Bellagio with tourists from all over the world.

20/09/2025: Good food, but terrible service. Orders are only honored at tables that have drinks or aren't on the all-you-can-eat menu. Half of the ordered dishes were served in three hours. Highly discouraged.

24/04/2025: Estuvimos parando en Varenna por unas noches, así que usamos la extensa red de ferrys para visitar más pueblos alrededor del lago que incluía este en mennagio. Hermoso lugar con este café que tenía asientos al aire libre con vistas a la plaza pavimentada. Tuvimos un peroni cada uno a € 5 , luego un panini de jamón & ensalada de queso a € 7 cada uno servido por personal amable.

22/04/2025: Buen restaurante con precio razonable, verduras frescas hizo todo mejor. Fuimos a Menaggio coincidencia y luego encontramos este lugar.

02/11/2025: I have to admit: I love McDonald's, even though I shouldn't. There are always interesting new additions to the menu, and my favorite remains the Filet-O-Fish... too bad they don't sell it after 11 pm! But there are also some weaknesses: the fries are often cold and become truly inedible, and more than once they've forgotten napkins or sauces. We almost always get drive-thru, so I don't know what the service is like inside, but takeout leaves a bit to be desired. Two stars less only because eating greasy, cold fries without even a napkin isn't exactly the best.

31/10/2025: Very slow service. 30 minute wait for a snack.

09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

28/09/2025: We arrived and everything was closed. There's no signpost for the entrance, and no one at reception at any time. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat; it's very cold, with no blankets or shower gel. The wood and doors squeak a lot. The TV and the bed are particularly noteworthy.

25/09/2025: Went here for a visit to Bellagio. Old beautiful house. One can feel like in a fairy tail. Got a room with view to the mountains. Wonderful!

11/11/2025: Typical tourist place where you are used to all kinds of human cases, the welcome at the entrance is like a post office.

11/11/2025: The overall dining experience was... okay. The food was pretty mid.Nothing outright bad, but nothing memorable either. Flavors lacked depth, portions were a bit inconsistent. The tiramisu, in particular, was a letdown. It was more of a cream splatter than a proper dessert. The texture was off, the coffee flavor was faint, and the garnish felt randomly thrown on for color rather than taste. That said, the service was rather great.The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. If only the kitchen matched their energy.

23/02/2025: It's a shame there's no way to respond to those who spend their time playing with other people's honest work while hiding behind their fingers! La Torteria di Como isn't afraid of "lies."
