26/04/2025: Great dive with the best burgers in Manhattan beach. You know it's good when there are only 5 things on the menu - add the Louisiana Sausage!

24/03/2025: These guys were not cool at all. I dropped my phone there and they would not help me get it and the legit bear me up. I should have gone to the cops. The drinks are not worth it either…

06/01/2025: The Metropole is located very exclusively directly on the lake. There is no better place than to drink a red wine on a lakeside balcony and enjoy the magnificent view. The rooms are small and were only partially renovated. A general renovation is currently taking place and we are looking forward to the result. The restaurant was never worth mentioning. We rarely had breakfast there. Here we hope for a nicer interior and, above all, for an appropriate gastronomic concept... Opening year currently 2026...

12/05/2025: We came to this restaurant for lunch on a Monday. We immediately realized that there was no professional in the kitchen. What was served was not risotto but dry rice with saffron without much taste. We reported this to the chef de service who simply replied that the chef was off today. For the prices charged, one can expect that a good quality risotto will be served. It's a real shame but the guests don't come like that anymore.

19/05/2025: Very good Americano and Cappuccino. Friendly service, nice atmosphere. Prices are also good.

02/06/2025: We had two cocktails, no appetizers were offered. The non-alcoholic cocktail was basically a mix of two fruit juices, while the alcoholic cocktail was not bad. The bar seemed to be in a hurry to close by noon.

04/04/2025: Despite having lived in Lurate Caccivio for years I had never been there but needing to get a couple of takeaway pizzas I thought of them. I must say that the quality of the pizza is not bad, nothing exceptional but still good. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food offered in addition to the pizza itself (see chicken, meatballs and more). In my opinion the prices are convenient in relation to the food offered. The only thing, in my opinion, is that I would give the premises a refresh but for the rest the opinion is positive.

25/03/2025: Guys, nightmare kitchen style!! Antonino, you take care of it!!!! Absolutely avoid! Hamburger served without chips, unmelted cheese... rubbish... pizza brackets 🤢🤢🤢 look let's spread a pitiful veil paid 10 euros... value 1 euro hahah 0.001 millimeter thick, the priest's wafer in comparison is a Florentine. 😅😅 raw ham the smell was absolutely not convincing. left it all. 10 euros for a margherita….never had such a bad meal!! 🫣🫣🫣 hopeless. 🤷🤷🤷

22/05/2025: Nous avons super bien mangé Le service est bien et les 2 personnes sont vraiment aimables En entrée nous nous sommes partagés les spaghettis au truffes, excellent En plat nous avons pris des tripes à la fiorentina et le tartare de bœuf avec des oignons caramélisés et de la burrata Les plats étaient aussi excellents Je recommande ce restaurant

12/05/2025: Locale caratteristico, ambiente rustico ben curato, piatti tipici semplici e ben curati. Ubicato a pochi passi dal Duomo e quindi facilmente raggiungibile dal centro.

08/06/2025: We seated at Gambrinus for drinks with my family. Carlo was the only person who was serving and cleaning more than 10 tables at the same time. Although service was lacking, he was doing his best with a mile on his face - welcoming each new guest like his family! Hope the manager arrange proper support at the terrace.

06/06/2025: Good enough place to eat some nice food. The menu is quite limited, but it was alright. Maybe not the best pasta ever, but we had the chance to try pizzoccheri. The service was super friendly and nice, I would recommend it and come back for him too Great variety of beers

11/06/2025: Unfortunately, as American tourists, we felt taken advantage of. There were charges on our bill that we had to ask about in order to dispute and it felt intentional. The staff was only friendly to us until we called them out for charging us for more limoncellos than we ordered etc. HOWEVER, the food and view were incredible. We would maybe come back but scrutinize the bill before paying, LOL. Dine here but just beware!
