14/09/2025: Pizzeria like it used to be. Very friendly family management. Good pizzas at still affordable prices. Takeout available (Saturday and Sunday by reservation).

20/09/2025: Paella served cold, when I asked to heat it up I was told that it was eaten like this... two and a half paellas (a baby portion for the child), three skewers, water cost 50 euros... for a delicatessen service on paper plates.

18/07/2025: Their only strong point? They're literally the only ones in the area. The end. From here on, it's downhill. Rudeness, a three-quarter-hour wait, making me get up from my table to make room for another customer, making me eat from a pizza box because they don't even bother to speak to me or pay attention when I speak. I arrive at 12:10 and politely greet the pizza chef, who just looks at me without returning my words. The manager is no less so, not even speaking to me and waving a paper menu from the register. I thank her, but again, no response. Not long after, I manage to get her attention again and tell her my order, to which she again doesn't respond. I sit at a table as soon as it's free of two girls who were also waiting for takeout. I take it. I've been waiting at my table for twenty minutes when a man comes in, places his order, and the manager says, "You're eating at this table here," pointing to mine. She didn't ask if mine was a takeout order; she assumed it was and ignored the fact that I'd taken a table. I point out that I'm obviously here to eat at a table, too. To which she says, "Sorry, there's no room. He comes every Friday, you understand that..." She must have noticed my shocked expression because she adds, "I'll give you the pizza box and you can sit outside or at a table with another man." I'm a twenty-year-old girl. Are you forcing me to sit with the truck drivers? These words come from a woman, I point out. Also, there are other seats, but they're all taken up by the delivery driver's backpacks and bags. There's a back area because the owner comes and goes often, so why not free up those seats? Luckily, the next table becomes free after a while, and I can eat there, albeit from a pizza box (because the pizza chef has decided that's how it would be, even though my pizza wasn't even close to being ready when I told her I'd be eating at the table). As for the food: The pizza is small, poorly cut, salty, and lacking in toppings, as well as excessively expensive (€7 for a small pizza with basically a sausage). Last but not least: I drink from my little bottle with a colorful medicine inside, clearly visible to everyone, and they look at me askance. I leave the place and the pizza chef asks me, "Did you pay?" I had done so even before being "served." Never again.

13/10/2025: On the recommendation of a local shopkeeper, I come here to buy the local dessert, because he tells me that the typical Lake Como dessert, the Nuvola, was born here. It's indeed very good, soft on the palate, with apricot jam sprinkled here and there, it's very reasonably priced, and in flavor and texture, it's definitely reminiscent of panettone, but much softer and with a certain natural leavening, making it worth buying. Furthermore, the employees are very kind in describing the product to me, but what they sell here is clearly artisanal quality; the coffee extraction is also excellent, which isn't always the case with a product with so much Arabica as Hilly. Full marks, I'll be back.

31/08/2025: We arrived from Monza for a trip to the mountains and stopped here in the morning for a coffee. The staff's hospitality and friendliness won us over, so we returned for lunch. We had the pizza and the octopus with potatoes and cherry tomatoes: both delicious, with fresh, authentic flavors. We really enjoyed our stay, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service impeccable. A definitely worth a visit, we'll be back.

13/11/2025: Today I found myself in Uggiate by chance, incredibly hungry. I happened to walk into this bar, Bar Nela, and was greeted by a super cute and super busy girl. The bar is truly charming and unique, a must-see. I asked if they had any vegan food, and this girl, named Martina, rattled off a five-star menu, including pasta with vegan ragù and soy meatballs. I opted for a sandwich whose fillings were all Martina's own creation. I received a jumbo sandwich filled with a ton of delicious things, nice and warm and tasty...thanks also to the chef for his creation! But my thanks especially go to this girl who, with her smile, so much imagination, so much professionalism and expertise, managed to make me happy with a fantastic vegan lunch!

09/11/2025: The staff is uninterested and inattentive; it almost feels like a nuisance when you ask for something. The service is slow and disorganized, with a complete lack of customer service. The atmosphere could be pleasant, but the management ruins it. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially if you're looking for even a modicum of professionalism and courtesy. The aperitif came with two chips, which I even asked for. Truly awful.

03/10/2025: Terrible service, they didn't even bring bread and I had to ask for cutlery, very poor food compared to the price.

30/10/2025: I wanted to like the food more, but overall I felt the experience and the food were overpriced. Bellagio is expensive, but there are better options with better food in town.

28/10/2025: Impeccable service and welcome! Very pleasant and competent waiters! However, a big disappointment with the quality of the dishes compared to the prices.

21/11/2025: It's a McDonald's, with its pros and cons. Convenient parking.

16/11/2025: What can I say? Perhaps one of the most disorganized McDonald's I've ever been to. One of the menus included a mug swag; when the order was delivered, I checked and discovered it was missing. The employee goes to ask the manager, who says they didn't have them and that I hadn't been told (no one told me anything, otherwise I would have changed promotions). So, smiling, he leaves, telling me to go to the drive-thru and discuss it with the employee, but that there are no mugs and that I would just be wasting my time arguing with him.
