23/03/2025: Quando con mio marito vogliamo mangiare carne, non la solita carne, ma qualcosa di speciale andiamo qui, locale intimo, musica di sottofondo delicata, accoglienza come a casa di amici, pietanze ricercate nella qualità e nella preparazione,

18/02/2025: Premetto che sono andata a mangiare in questo ristorante solo una volta nel 2024 ma vedendo continue recensioni positive mi sento in dovere di raccontare la mia esperienza perché io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa a cena. Vedendo foto e recensioni, oltre che i prezzi elevati, ci aspettavamo di mangiare davvero bene o perlomeno meglio di come si mangia a casa. Invece abbiamo concluso che le recensioni non erano affidabili. Piatti con materie prime e abbinamenti che sembrano ricercati ma poi non rispecchiano le aspettative. Piatti non buoni e soprattutto costosi. Abbiamo quasi sempre lasciato i piatti mezzi pieni. Unico piatto mangiabile il dolce. Mi dispiace veramente scrivere recensioni negative infatti solitamente evito ma in questo caso ci sono veramente troppi commenti positivi che non condivido e forviano chi va a provare il ristorante. Mise en place e arredi molto belli, moderni, fini ed eleganti. Sarebbero perfetti per una cena romantica… senza mangiare

15/04/2025: Garibaldi is certainty and tradition. The starter is a buffet, the mondeghini, the meatballs, the nervetti and the Russian salad are exceptional. We come often and the menu is updated according to the season, always with traditional dishes. We always have a great time!

02/04/2025: I felt like I was on one of those "restaurant nightmare" shows. As soon as we entered, a friend of mine asked the owner what was good and he replied in a grumpy tone "read the menu". After eating decent dishes in a super dated restaurant, the impressive scene was when we arrived at the cash register and each asked for our own receipt for the work reimbursement, the owner began to swear and insult us because we hadn't told him before. Once he was convinced to make 4 receipts, he took about a quarter of an hour to print them, continuing to curse and swear at us. Obviously we pretended nothing happened, given the man's age. Suggestive experience.

24/03/2025: These guys were not cool at all. I dropped my phone there and they would not help me get it and the legit bear me up. I should have gone to the cops. The drinks are not worth it either…

24/03/2025: Bar tender and bouncer were mean to my friend and so unhelpful when she lost her phone. Just go to one of the many other nice bars close by

30/03/2025: It's my favorite pizza. For years I have only eaten pizza from them because they have an exceptional dough that you can't find in other pizzerias. It doesn't stay on your stomach and you would happily eat two. Even the desserts are delicious homemade like everything they make.

18/03/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo qui per la vista che tutti dicevano da vari siti e poi perché dovendo andate alla fiera do como fun alla lario fiere era vicino! Cibo nella media, prezzi un pochino sopra la media però con poca scelta!! Forse d'estate mangiando all'aperto è più carino!! Consiglio.. ? Qualche piatto per i bambini e un paio di primi e secondi in più!! 😊😉

29/09/2024: Nos alojamos en el Florence Hotel por 5 noches y terminamos utilizando el restaurante Florencia 3 veces porque el restaurante era muy bueno. La comida es fantástica! Y seleccionado de un menú bastante conciso. La calidad de los ingredientes es tan fresca y la cocina y la presentación es fácilmente lo que se encuentra en un restaurante de alta gama. El personal es amable, informado y muy profesional en ese trabajo dirigido por Marco el gerente que se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable. 07/09/2024: Hermoso restaurante en Bellagio. Desafortunadamente estaba lloviendo durante nuestra reserva en este restaurante. El personal era brillante y nos trasladaron dentro en el comedor formal, que era hermoso. La comida era increíble y todo el personal era excepcional en este lugar - muy amable y profesional. Muy recomendable!

18/03/2025: Negative experience. We went this morning. We waited a long time to order at the table. 2 people arrived, sat down and immediately ordered. Then I got angry and so we ordered too. There are 2 of us. The terrible brioche lasts upon payment, pointed out but nothing, I'm just sorry. I don't recommend it, if you pass through those parts avoid it

08/03/2025: Pessima esperienza. Siamo arrivati con un lieve ritardo, avvisando in anticipo, ma siamo stati trattati con scortesia fin dal primo momento. Il servizio è stato terribile: i camerieri scortesi e poco professionali, e mentre stavamo ancora mangiando hanno iniziato a sparecchiare, come se volessero mandarci via in fretta. Il cibo? Un disastro. Le polpette erano di qualità discutibile e hanno causato malessere a uno dei commensali, che ha addirittura vomitato dopo averle mangiate. Il resto delle portate nulla di che, con sapori poco curati e ingredienti di scarsa qualità. L’unica cosa degna di nota è stata la focaccia servita come pane, ma di certo non basta per giustificare un’esperienza così negativa. Sconsigliato sotto ogni aspetto: cibo scadente, servizio pessimo e accoglienza inesistente. Non ci torneremo mai più.

31/03/2025: The house is a vintage car, nice to look at Fitness program with climbing stairs in terms. Food tasted good. We blew up the system for the service. This is system catering, the process has to be right otherwise there will be chaos. I came for Lake Como and I saw it. Recommended if you adjust to the circumstances.

21/04/2025: Never again!! Platter with fried dumplings soaked in oil, polenta with porcini mushrooms that tasted like anything but mushrooms, the appetizer dish that stank. Plate of appetizers heated in the microwave and, as we all know, everything becomes rubbery. I didn't take any other orders! Upon payment we pointed out my polenta and very kindly threw €10 back to my husband!! I think that he is of a certain age and it is not appropriate to still be serving especially in certain ways.
