06/05/2026: We went to Dalie e Fagioli on a rainy day for lunch and it is beautiful inside. Warm and inviting. The service was excellent, the food was delicious. We've had a lot of amazing food experiences in Italy so it was tough competition for the mains, and they stood up. But what was truly exceptional here were desserts. No matter how full you are, don't skip it. All handmade in house, so fresh, so good. The ice cream accompanying them was amazing - the buffalo mozzarella ice cream accompanying the incredible, fresh and bright strawberry cheesecake being the best of all the gelato we had in Italy. An excellent restaurant, don't second guess it, just go.
04/05/2026: I agree with the concerns about the service: we sat for at least twenty minutes without ordering, and without water. Water arrived only after we ordered, and I had to ask for bread myself. The service wasn't rude; in fact, it was extremely polite, and the welcome was also warm, but the waiters (three of them) didn't look at the tables as they wandered around, and they never made eye contact with the customers. As a result, we felt quite neglected from the moment we sat down. That said, the food was divine; the appetizers and first course were excellent, nothing to complain about, everything was delicious, even though I had asked for casoncelli but got tortelloni. Still, they were exceptional.
