21/08/2024: Buonissima pasticceria leggermente fuori dal centro di Ponte dì Legno. Molto conosciuta e pertanto abbastanza affollata ma ne vale la pena. Noi principalmente ci rechiamo per colazione e prendiamo brioche alla crema e al cioccolato fondente Caffarel) che viene messo al momento. Prezzi onesti e comunque in linea con Ponte.

25/12/2024: Christmas lunch. Nothing to say about the food. All very good. Unfortunately, there are many flaws in the service. Half-made tables, in ours for example, the empty parts were never removed and both water and wine were asked several times. The dessert arrived with only half of our table with glasses for sparkling wine and those who were missing the glass never arrived.. Maybe it was a case of little personnel, but since it was a banquet, the carelessness was quite evident. It's a shame, let's hope it was a coincidence as the food is truly excellent!

However the place loses a bit due to the policy "no table reservations after 10pm" or "after 15 minutes late you lose your reservation": the latter is understandable, however not having a nearby car park in such a busy area is also difficult to be punctual. Furthermore, the service when the place is quite crowded is slow: we waited 1 hour for the herbal teas which, moreover, did not all arrive because "they had only understood one" and then had them arrive wrong (it would be understandable for a restaurant, but for a herbal tea shop not much: I give the benefit of the doubt that it is always the waiters who also have to manage the preparation of the herbal teas and therefore have little time)

In particolare della proprietaria che si occupa della sala, giovane e bella donna che dedica tutto il tempo necessario a spiegare i piatti, le materie prime e il processo di preparazione. Esperienza oltre che cena.

24/12/2024: Di passaggio a Tuscolano abbiamo fatto tappa per il pranzo. Scelto su internet il giudizio su questa che è qualcosa in più di una semplice trattoria è positivo. Locale pulito, buono il servizio e di qualità la cucina che propone anche dei fuori menù. Prezzi onesti.
