The Caprice is a nice restaurant directly on the lake. The food is good. I tried Pizza which was great and pasta which I liked too. The staff is friendly and does a great job. Grazie and I will come again. Ramona

What a great spot for our last night in Salo! It’s a beautiful restaurant. The staff was so welcoming and were quick to accommodate our family of five. The views were spectacular, and the food was outstanding. Best pizza we had in Salo, and the homemade tiramisu is a must!

What an amazing evening! Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the view made it even more special.
A huge compliment to Filippo, who gave us outstanding service from start to finish. He truly had an eye for detail and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. He was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely welcome all evening.
He also recommended a fantastic red wine, which was honestly one of the best we’ve had. And to top it all off, we even received a complimentary limoncello shot at the end.
Thank you for such a wonderful night. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Right on Salò's lakeside promenade is this historic restaurant offering meat, fish (both freshwater and saltwater), and pizza.
Yesterday I decided to try their fish.
Fried fish was not greasy, crispy, and flavorful.
The mussels and clams were plump and delicious. The sauce was also incredibly tasty, so you could mop up the sauce with bread.
The grilled fish was very good.
The wine list was also interesting, varied, and honest.
And then, eating while enjoying the lake is something magnificent and poetic.
