Right on Salò's lakeside promenade is this historic restaurant offering meat, fish (both freshwater and saltwater), and pizza.
Yesterday I decided to try their fish.
Fried fish was not greasy, crispy, and flavorful.
The mussels and clams were plump and delicious. The sauce was also incredibly tasty, so you could mop up the sauce with bread.
The grilled fish was very good.
The wine list was also interesting, varied, and honest.
And then, eating while enjoying the lake is something magnificent and poetic.

Quality dishes, generous and beautifully presented. Various meat and fish options. The staff is incredibly generous, sometimes a little excited, but that's because it's only the start of the season. The lake view is beautiful and the location is welcoming. A romantic dinner that will satisfy your taste buds. Well done, all the same.

Very welcoming restaurant. Our waitress Dina is amazing at her job, she really loves what she does and you can tell straight away.
Food was delicious. Atmosphere great, heating was provided also. Beautiful views. Highly recommend if you’re a seafood lover. Grazie ❤️

"It's a shame, really. 😔 I've always had a good experience here, but this time I was disappointed. A non-gourmet pizza at 20 euros seems excessive to me, but what hurt me the most was the 'game' of prices. On the menu there was a pizza with burrata and prosciutto for 16 euros, I asked to remove the prosciutto and add zucchini... and voilà, the price went up to 20 euros! (It became a Margherita + burrata + zucchini) It really doesn't seem right to me, especially for such a simple change. I was hoping for better."

Great experience! We had a really good mixed fried fish dish, crispy and well-made, and two pizzas. The seafood pizza in particular was truly delicious, rich, and flavorful. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
