11/08/2025: We stopped just for lunch. The welcome and service were excellent, the atmosphere very beautiful and spotlessly clean. Excellent food made with top-quality ingredients. The place was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time.

07/08/2025: Nice, clean, and tidy hotel with a restaurant. The food was excellent and the selection varied. The pool was unheated, but perfectly usable at temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius. Only a limited number of staff members spoke languages other than Italian, but if they couldn't manage it, an English-speaking person was called in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An ideal hotel for a motorcycle holiday, thanks in part to the presence of a dedicated covered motorcycle parking area.

01/08/2025: Ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but also for stopping by for ice cream. Having returned several times in recent years, I've noticed how the owners have continually updated the menu, adding new dishes and experimenting in search of ever-more delicious dishes. I wanted to praise their passion for their work and how they make you feel at home even when you barely know them. Recommended

25/07/2025: I've been to the restaurant several times, and every time it feels like home! Sebastien and his wife are incredibly friendly, and if you're not, you end up relaxing and feeling like you're on vacation. The location is connected to the center of Moniga by a charming little path. You can sit inside or outside, always feeling protected and in your own space—intimate while maintaining well-thought-out, airy spaces. The food: a wide selection with a menu that's nothing short of extensive. Mm, what can I say? I was looking for a nice place to find true French cuisine, and yes, I found it! Of course, they don't claim to cover the entire spectrum of French cuisine, but they've focused on typical dishes from certain areas, like the magnificent and delicious Breton galettes! The wines of Alsace, and beyond, are from France! In fact, my wife and I once treated ourselves to an ice cream and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! Only flaw: they should have a location closer to my house, hehe!! Ah, for those with a taste for Italian cuisine, the chef, who I consider a chef, Sebastien, has created dishes like Galette, but with ingredients typical of some areas known for their products envied throughout the world: from Trentino speck and porcini mushrooms to Brescian bagoss cheese!! Slurp!!!...an artist at creating pairings and blending them into a French dish and in the aesthetics and beauty of the plating. Well done! And see you soon!!!

05/09/2025: What a treat. A top-notch business lunch. I've been to the restaurant. Everything was good! Even the fish was delicious. The octopus salad was truly spectacular. Above average. Highly recommended.

17/07/2025: This pastry shop is excellent, with excellent pastries at fair prices. This means you can order more than one, and given the quality and presentation, it definitely makes a good impression. The staff is really friendly, and the place is very well-kept. The only flaw is the gluten-free products; the individual portions are really bad; the greasy, fatty cream ruins the taste. What a shame!!!

24/07/2025: This was truly disappointing. First of all, the service was truly awful. The waitresses mostly chatted with each other and seemed inexperienced and disinterested. We were seated in a spot teeming with mosquitoes, and we tried to explain ourselves, but no effort was made to help us. The food was also a huge disappointment. The chicken with rosemary potatoes seemed ridiculous. There was no rosemary on them, for example, and the chicken (schnitzel?) looked like something from the supermarket. All in all: we left as quickly as possible.

24/08/2025: Drawn by the modern elegance of the furnishings, we decided to treat ourselves to a break at this bistro, whose online images already promised an uncommon level of aesthetic attention. Inside, a small garden, hidden from the street, surprises with its order and tranquility. Simple, refined furnishings and comfortable seating make for a pleasant break. Quick and attentive service. The attention to detail is impressive: a welcome upon entry, apologizing before approaching the table may seem like a small gesture, but it goes a long way. The dessert was a success: a chocolate soufflé with a dark center, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, fragrant and well-executed. The coffee was well-extracted. Freshly squeezed orange juice, unfortunately diluted with water, weakens its density and character. A clear identity, a well-thought-out logo, and attention to detail make this place worthy of a return visit.

07/09/2025: This place is surrounded by greenery and located right next to two ideal walking trails. It's very quiet, and the breakfast offers high-quality products. The room, although complete with all the comforts, is a bit too retro for my taste, especially in terms of fabrics and colors. The staff is helpful enough, but not always very personable, and I would have appreciated more detailed explanations. All in all, it was a nice experience, although I found it a bit expensive.

19/08/2025: With the necessary premise that I always write reviews driven by objectivity and without wanting to discredit the activities and work of others at all costs, this time, out of respect for visitors and customers, I must highlight the utter inadequacy of the dishes served: - local casoncelli pasta, not fresh, with a filling that is "lacking in art and substance," inauthentic and hard in flavor, not well-blended; - hare that is tough, dry, and unpleasant; - baked eggplant that is inedible, burnt, bitter, and paired in an original but neither tasty nor suitable way; - spaghetti with venison ragù that is mediocre. Prices are high and not commensurate with the low quality of the food offered. The wine is mediocre and expensive. A negative experience compared to the one we had years ago when we had a very good experience. This isn't about personal "tastes," but about objective quality throughout, which, unfortunately, is currently lacking. I conclude (the only positive note) by congratulating the competent and attentive table service staff and the consistently splendid location.

28/08/2025: I don't understand all the positive reviews. We went on August 15th, an hour wait for the menu, a half-hour wait to order. The tagliatelle with "artichoke and bacon sauce" arrived, but in reality they were completely raw. The tortelloni (three of us) arrived covered in oil. We ran away. The final blow? €40 for a plate of plain pasta! Never again!

18/08/2025: Food was very average. The melon and prosciutto was yum. The seafood pizza was just sad - look at the pic. Salad was just chopped up vegetables. Also sad. Wouldn’t recommend.
