29/11/2024: Let me start by saying that I have been a customer since the pastry shop and bar didn't exist yet... And over the years I have been able to evaluate your products numerous times. I recently purchased a marron glacé meringue cake and I must say that you have improved a lot on the cakes, both in taste and in decoration it was spectacular. However, the tray of pastries I bought with the cake was disappointing. They look like the ones you find in the supermarket, sugary, commercial but they lack the "Gallizioli touch". Sin.

13/10/2024: Very tasty food - honest, very good Italian cuisine. We had great pasta as starters and the whitefish as grilled fish with vegetables. The tiramisu for dessert was very, very good! Everything was delicious with very friendly service. There was even a menu in German - if you need it and they also spoke German there.

29/09/2024: Lake fish restaurant cooked in a simple and genuine way, which really lets you feel the quality of the raw materials. In addition to the excellent fish, I also really appreciated the sauces that accompany the courses and the desserts. I can't evaluate the wines, we are teetotallers. The environment is small but welcoming, and on warm summer evenings you can sit at the tables outside, in the picturesque alley. The service is kind and prepared. The family feels it. Honest prices. This evening is the second time we have eaten here and on both occasions we were very satisfied. I've read some criticism about the lack of parking. They are there, you have to take a few steps, as is normal in a historic village. It's one of the things that makes it even more appreciable.

Where the owner welcomes you and makes you eat 0 km products... in the homeland of the porcini mushroom they couldn't be missed... The porcini mushrooms were fabulous, they looked like a steak... delicious. .. The ravioli then homemade in the morning with mountain ricotta and spinach that grows from 1800 MT up... they were delicious....

17/12/2024: Vegan restaurant with reservations required. Very nice environment, especially with the Christmas decorations and background music, intimate and welcoming. It is possible to choose only two tasting options: one with three courses (an appetizer, a first course, a second course) and one with five courses (an appetizer, two first courses, a second course with side dish and a dessert) without however knowing which dishes are served. When ordering, any unwanted foods are asked to try to satisfy everyone. The portions are not abundant, but just right: with the 5-course menu we left satisfied, without that feeling of fullness and discomfort that accompanies binges. The dishes are carefully prepared and well presented; Even though I didn't follow this diet at all, I can say that I ate well and left satisfied.

28/11/2024: The Sperone d'Italia restaurant-pizzeria in Gardone Val Trompia was a pleasant surprise, far exceeding expectations compared to other places in the area. We started with a delicious mussel sauté, prepared to perfection: the aromatic and well-balanced sauce enhanced the freshness of the mollusk. The tuna tartare, served with an elegant presentation, was soft and tasty, a sign of very fresh and quality fish. The crab meat pasta was a real triumph: the al dente cooking matched perfectly with the delicacy of the meat, creating a perfect balance between taste and texture. Finally, the grilled fish confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: each fillet was cooked to perfection, with a light crust that let all the authentic flavor of the sea shine through. The service was quick and friendly, with attentive and professional staff. It is rare to find a place of this level in Val Trompia, which allows you to enjoy fresh fish without having to go to Brescia. An experience definitely worth repeating, which elevates the local gastronomic offer to new standards. Highly recommended!

27/08/2024: Creamy but banal ice cream, pure faded pistachio, you can't tell it's pistachio, you can't feel it at all; ditto hazelnut, the flavors of the creams are all similar. The cakes displayed in the fridge look like they were made by a child, they may be delicious but the eye wants its part.
