29/10/2025: Well-prepared dishes and good service, the blonde lady is very lively. The place is clean and pleasant, I would put some background music in keeping with the rustic atmosphere.

27/09/2025: Truly exceptional pizza. The dough is thick, yet very light. I recommend the charcoal pizza, definitely worth trying. The selection of flavors is varied. Paolo's friendliness is superb.

18/10/2025: A disaster... there were six of us, and the wait was extremely long. The staff was completely disinterested. The dishes were tiny and the prices exorbitant. Two people got sick after the meal. The Coperto was the highest I've ever encountered in Italy. The only advantage was the view. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it; there are many more places with the atmosphere and taste of true Italy!

16/09/2025: My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant, which was recommended to us by friends. The setting is enchanting, the staff attentive and friendly. The food complements the experience and adds significantly to it. We really appreciated the choice of local cuisine, which stands out from the usual tourist fare. The wine and cocktail list is excellent, and the price is fair for the offerings. We highly recommend it!

21/07/2025: We went to A Lumia in Brescia for the first time. I'd been wanting to try it for a while, but for one reason or another, I'd never gotten around to it. Today we finally went. We were curious to try the panelle, but unfortunately they weren't available, nor were any other items on the menu. We opted for a caponata, which turned out to be very good, and three arancini. Unfortunately, the rice was completely overcooked; the grain had turned into a sort of cream. The cheese inside was hard and wouldn't melt. The breading also left a bit to be desired. We mentioned this to the owner; initially, she seemed a bit annoyed, but her son appreciated our mentioning it and recognized the value of constructive criticism. We also tried a sandwich with Nebrodi mortadella and primo sale cheese: good, yes, but nothing exceptional. It's a shame the sandwiches aren't made with Sicilian bread; we'd been told that, but in my opinion, traditional bread would have really made a difference. The cannoli was decent, quite good. The service was courteous and helpful. The restaurant, however, leaves a bit to be desired: the atmosphere is very old, neglected, and with obvious signs of damp. I think it needs a major renovation. We spent €26 in total.

19/10/2025: The staff were kind and professional. They made me a fantastic fruit tart in half a day, while other bakeries complained that it took a day or two to make. A top rating goes to Bosco Corsica, even for breakfast. 👍👍🎂🎂

26/10/2025: The food here is truly delicious: flavorful, beautifully presented dishes. The service ruined everything, turning a promising dinner into an odyssey of unnerving waits. As soon as we arrived and were seated at the table reserved for three, we stared into space for almost 15 minutes before anyone finally brought us our menus. A stuttering start in a room that wasn't exactly crowded. And it didn't end there: between courses, the wait stretched past 20 minutes each time, making us regret not bringing a book to pass the time. The table, moreover, was set for four: a silly detail, but no one bothered to remove the extra place setting, leaving that ghost seat taking up unnecessary space and reminding us of how little attention we were being paid. Not to mention the table lamp, which was out of power. The last straw? After the first course (which was delicious, mind you), with another 10-minute wait looming, we went outside for a smoke to unwind. When we returned, the empty plate was still there, untouched on the table, as if the staff had decided to ignore us completely. Such sloppy and slow service makes you feel like an intruder, not a customer. And speaking of dishes, the suckling pig as a main course wasn't as soft as we'd expected, but decidedly tough and difficult to cut. And to top it off, we were left as the last customers in the dining room while the waiter began cleaning all the tables with spray, and the smell completely nauseated us. In short, while the food deserves applause, the rest is a resounding flop. It could be a nice place, but the service and timing could be improved. Let's hope they fix the staff—until then, I'll pass and hang up.
