30/08/2025: A splendid, modern-style venue, located in the central square overlooking the lake. So, you won't be able to resist the temptations; excellent food to delight the palate. Need I say it? Highly recommended.

06/06/2026: I appreciated the quality of the pizzas, but my digestion wasn't very good. Perhaps I ate late, or perhaps the calzone with zucchini flowers and anchovies was a bit heavy. In any case, I still had to digest everything in the morning (I ate it between 9 and 10 PM, and lay down around 1 AM...). I ordered an aperitif while waiting for my companions and discovered that they only serve drinks, but if you want to snack, you have to ask for an appetizer or order the entree first, which is a bite in itself and also makes you look bad. Finally, the bill is a bit steep: appetizer, drink, pizza, and dessert are €50 per person. Fair, but not for everyone's budget.

21/05/2026: Excellent service. The girls who served us were quick and very kind. We sat outside and asked if smoking was allowed, but it wasn't possible. We ordered an Aperol spritz but were refused because they don't stock Aperol and don't do aperitifs. They offered us a gin and tonic, which we declined because it didn't seem very appropriate for an early-evening dinner. We ordered two medium beers, but they felt like they were little more than a small beer. We chose two pizzas, which arrived promptly but were unfortunately almost inedible, dry and difficult to cut with a knife, with burnt edges. The prices were significantly higher than average, and the quality of the ingredients was poor. It's no longer the old Santa Lucia of the past.

The atmosphere is rustic, traditional, and unfussy, just as you'd expect from a true village trattoria. All this accompanied by truly pleasant background music by Radio Birikina, making the experience even more special. It was like taking a trip down memory lane, rediscovering the flavors of yesteryear in an authentic, warm atmosphere. A place to definitely return to.

04/05/2026: For the food and the ingredients used here, 5 stars are too few; I've rarely eaten so well. The attention to detail is excellent, and the fresh flowers on the table are much appreciated. I would, however, have a complaint about the men's restrooms: the squalid, aging squat toilet is a bit disgusting, and it's located in an equally run-down space. For this reason, I find the asking price too high. The food is excellent, but the space needs updating.

03/05/2026: I'll start by saying that everything was fine. We were just a little unlucky with the room for a few things, but that didn't ruin our holiday. The beds and bathroom fixtures were clean, so it was fine. The owners were all very kind, as were the various waiters and staff. It was a truly pleasant experience. The place is surrounded by greenery, not exactly informal, but away from the noise and chaos of cars and traffic in general. The sound of the wind and the birds and the tranquility of the place are the main features. I'd like to point out something else and point out that the food is truly amazing. They use their own products and local products from breakfast to dinner. I highly recommend even just going there to eat.

20/04/2026: First off: I can't comment on the rooms, as we ate at the adjacent agriturismo. We passed by Agriturismo Il Bagnolo during a hike. It's beautifully situated with a fantastic view of the lake. The grounds are spacious and also suitable for children. The tables were beautifully set, and the service was excellent. The food was really good. We had lasagna, pasta with porcini mushrooms, and strips of beef. We felt very comfortable there, and the owners even took the time to chat with us.

19/04/2026: Nice place, pretty good food. The smoked rack with sauerkraut is not recommended; it's too dry and the meat lacks flavor. I also didn't like the berry tart with cream; there was a lot of gelatin on top that didn't add any texture or flavor. The staff, however, was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
