I tried the brunch option and I have to say that Salamensa offers good value. The highlights are definitely the delicacies from the pastries on display and the gluten- and lactose-free options for those, like me, with intolerances... sometimes just a few good options are enough. I would return to try the cuisine (lunch/dinner) because I've always enjoyed Dal Dosso's restaurants.

A refined restaurant, excellent for breakfast, but also very knowledgeable about its culinary offerings.
The quality breads and olive oil lay an excellent foundation.
To continue, we ordered two risottos with lemon and red prawns, both excellently executed and balanced. For main courses, a sliced steak and a mixed fried fish, all accompanied by wine.
The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the chef's combinations work well.
All of this lends itself to a place that presents itself to its customers as a high-end restaurant; in fact, I wasn't surprised to discover, after our pleasant visit, that it's included in the Michelin Guide.

I've been to this well-known local place, and I must admit it completely exceeded my expectations. The place is well-maintained and beautifully presented. I stopped by for breakfast: delicious, varied pastries for all tastes. The service was attentive and punctual, with no delays: the staff is kind and welcoming. I really liked the idea of the glass windows separating the work areas, such as the baking and pastry areas: you can easily see the staff at work, and they enthusiastically and professionally exchange ideas during the various stages of production. Kudos to Angela and Gabriele for their commitment, dedication, and devotion to their work: well done!
