Truly an aperitif with a twist. Every Sunday, there's a skewered polenta dish.

You can immediately taste the high-quality ingredients and the respect they provide. We tried several courses, and every dish was meticulously prepared, from the presentation to the side dishes, all well-balanced and never boring. The portions were also more than satisfying. A special mention goes to the staff: friendly, smiling, and always available without being intrusive. They carefully advised us on both the choice of dishes and the wine, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the day. A place where you eat truly well and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who loves properly prepared meat. Top quality for the price.

03/03/2026: Trattoria with refined cuisine, without being haughty. Excellent, tasty, and well-executed dishes. Attention was also paid to the plating. This isn't your typical trattoria food, just thrown on a plate. The ingredients (excellent and certainly not chosen at random) are cooked with care and passion, from the meat to the accompanying side dishes. The place is rustic and welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Limited selection of wines and beers, but then again, it's not a restaurant, but the products are still of good quality. Reasonable prices. In short... it's impossible NOT to WANT TO RETURN.

27/02/2026: I ate at the trattoria, and we loved it, and I must say the name perfectly reflects the experience! A historic restaurant in Gussago, now under new, young and enthusiastic management. The tradition still exudes, but with a touch of freshness that makes everything even more enjoyable. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality and passion in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, where you immediately feel at home. I congratulate the new manager on the work he's doing: you can see his commitment and desire to grow this historic place. I'll definitely be back!
