17/05/2025: We rented an apartment in Memmo for a couple of months and the various people we met around recommended us to eat at this restaurant. If there had been 10 stars out of 10 I would have given them! The owner was very kind and super helpful. Homemade menu and many things handmade (really though, not like many who say so and then it's not true). Homemade tortelli with nettles SPECTACULAR! The cook managed to bring out the flavor of the nettle and enhance it, the thin pasta melted in the mouth! Gnocchetti with mushrooms were delicious (I was full and would have ordered another plate just for gluttony). All homemade desserts were really tasty. Excellent quality-price. We will definitely be back, but we highly recommend it! It really deserves it. Congratulations again and see you next time! 😊

07/04/2025: Il ristorante di William è un bel posto dove mangiare, il locale è accogliente, il proprietario è una persona squisita con dei bei modi, il cibo è tutto di qualità, ho mangiato una trippa veramente buona, i salumi di ottima qualità, vino buono, dolci fatti in casa ottimi. Prezzo onesto, bravo William continua così. Molto consigliato

22/03/2025: Più che una cena: una vera e propria experience. Siamo stati accolti da un clima veramente famigliare e da un ambiente dove già alla prima occhiata si può percepire che il cliente è davvero importante e non un numero: tavoli distanziati, ambiente super pulito e in ordine. Uno dei pochi locali trovati dove, volendo fare il menù degustazione, abbiamo potuto scegliere che cosa mangiare senza essere vincolati dalla “tavolata”.. i proprietari sono cortesi e pacati, l’ambiente è tranquillo e i piatti sono davvero eccezionali! Ci torneremo sicuramente 😀

We enjoyed a first course with vegetable lasagne and crepes with fontina cheese and ham, then chicken spinach and sliced ​​meat with rosemary as second courses and mashed potatoes as a side dish. To finish on a sweet note, tiramisu and cheesecake. Everything is strictly homemade and you can feel it: genuine flavours, the right portions and great attention to detail. More than honest bill, perhaps even too low for the quality offered: Excellent surprise, we will definitely be back!
