05/06/2026: This is one of the most spectacular restaurants I’ve visited in Italy. I loved everything about it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was stunning, and the entire experience was unforgettable.
01/06/2026: We had very high expectations for this restaurant, and visually, it did not disappoint. The interior is absolutely stunning: elegant Liberty-style décor, refined, and truly fancy atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, my friend and I were excited for what we thought would be a memorable dining experience.
Unfortunately, the service completely ruined it.
From the very beginning, we did not feel welcomed. The staff gave us unfriendly looks as soon as we arrived, which set an uncomfortable tone. While we were calmly looking through the menu (and the restaurant was nearly empty—only a few tables occupied), one of the waitresses stood nearby in a way that made us feel rushed to order. We were speaking in English, and instead of offering help or recommendations, she made a comment (“Mi dispiace devi tradurre tutto”) that came across as dismissive and rude rather than helpful.
The situation with our bags was also frustrating. There was no space provided, and despite asking multiple times (to different staff members, 3 to be exact) for a hanger or even a chair, we were repeatedly brushed off. Eventually, we were told to leave our bags in another room—completely out of sight—which is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant of this level and price range.
The overall attitude of the staff was consistently unprofessional. At one point, while I was simply walking around and taking a few photos of the beautiful interior, I was approached in a way that felt more like suspicion than assistance, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable.
It’s a real shame, because the food was actually very good, and the desserts were excellent. The chef clearly knows what he is doing. But great cuisine cannot compensate for poor service—especially in a place that presents itself as refined and high-end.
In summary: a beautiful restaurant with excellent food, but the service was disappointing and at times outright rude. I hope management addresses this, because the potential is truly there and it's a pity if people don't enjoy.
