26/08/2025: A plate of pizzoccheri that tasted like anything but pizzoccheri, it looked like whole-wheat pasta with stringy cheese, no potatoes, no vegetables. We were floating in butter, just like another typical local dish, "ravioli." Inside, it was supposed to be sausage, potatoes, and vegetables, but it looked like ricotta and spinach ravioli. The apple pie was very dry and tasted only of sugar. I'm sorry because I had high expectations!

They are not certified products because they have contamination but for those who are only intolerant they are truly wonderful! Thanks Nomelli!!!

08/07/2025: First, the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and I scratched my car on one side. When I told the lady, she started smiling indifferently. I ordered a meat and cheese board, but they brought a few slices of salami and a few pieces of cheese separately: in total those alone cost 40 euros.

17/04/2025: What a pleasant surprise my husband gave me when he took me to this restaurant.... 🔝 Truly elegant location... from the outside you don't notice it at all... but inside... every room is wonderful... with truly friendly and helpful dining room staff. We tasted some excellent fish dishes... it's really little... from the entree... to the appetizers, to the first course with a truly unique taste...😋..even the homemade bread and bruschetta... superlative...😋 Congratulations 👏👏 it's a shame to only give 5 stars... they deserve more... price... adequate... obviously you always pay for quality... and... here the quality is really high... really delicious fish 😋 But no less is the dessert and coffee offered with some truly exceptional sweets... delicious...😋 I absolutely recommend it and...see you next time...obviously....,👏😋there are many, many fish dishes that I absolutely want to taste 😋

13/07/2025: I was there today with some friends and family and wanted to introduce them to this place. I and my family have already visited it several times. Unfortunately, I have to note an outrageous price increase. Last year, the tasting menu cost 30 euros and the dishes were very generous. Today, the tasting menu is 40 euros per person and the dishes are much less generous than when it was 30 euros. Not to mention the menu has been halved in terms of options. The starters are miserable and the price of bottles of water is crazy. I'm sorry, but never again, it's a shame.

07/07/2025: Meat and Fire 2 (Carne e Fuoco 2) I tried horse meat for the first time here, and it was grilled to perfection—tender, juicy, and rich with a smoky, savory flavor reminiscent of a succulent tenderloin. The Carne Volontà sampler plate is a must-try, offering a generous variety of their expertly prepared meats, appetizers, and a side at a great price. A true paradise for meat lovers! Good food and great wine as you take in the beauty of Lake Iseo.

22/06/2025: Centrally located, close by the cathedral. The dishes served in this trattoria represent typical local cuisine. Unsophisticated cuisine, real tastes. The staff is efficient and very kind. Attentive to the needs of the customers. It was a pleasure to eat at Gasparo’s. They serve Baron Pizzini’s Franciacorta, which we know and appreciate very much. We will return to taste the dishes that we did not choose this evening. Costs adequate to the quality.

24/08/2025: We spent a wonderful week here as a family. The breakfast offers everything you could need or desire – the fresh fruit was particularly delicious. The view from the rooms is fantastic; even on the first floor, with its terrace and garden access, you have a fantastic view of the lake. The excellent location puts you just a few steps from a small stretch of beach, and the charming town center of Gargnano is also within easy walking distance. Our stay was rounded off by the indoor pool, which our children especially loved.

09/06/2025: Crispy and stringy arancini. They make them with different fillings, all to be tasted! Just book in advance, come in, collect, eat many real Sicilian specialties.
