McDonald's In Roncadelle

Honestly, it's not this store that's the problem, but MC's. Lately, the meat has become increasingly tasteless, except for the various condiments; their sandwiches taste like nothing at all. Every now and then, eat a Burger King sandwich so you can understand what real meat tastes like. The fries are good. The prices are getting higher and higher, the portions are smaller. Disappointed and bitter about everything in general. This place is small, a bit slow, and the service is mediocre. But it's up to MC's standards these days. It's a shame.

I ordered takeout menus with sandwiches, drinks, and sides. The food was good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean. The takeout packaging was especially thoughtful, and I arrived home with everything intact, especially the drinks, which remained in their containers without watering the rest of the bag.

A few days ago, I went to McDonald's in Elnòs and ordered two McMenus. I had a long wait, but Martina, the manager, was incredibly friendly, both with me and my friends and with her co-workers, despite the rush hour and the crowds. I work in a food chain myself, and I was amazed by the staff's professionalism. The sandwiches were fresh. It's a shame the fries were a little cold, but given the situation, that's completely understandable. I'll be back ❤️

Always good, a little hard to find in the corner among the other restaurants in the mall. The order counter wasn't working, but the giant one with the promotions was... The staff were neutral, no smiles, not particularly attentive or friendly, but that's expected in a fast food restaurant.
