13/06/2026: Nice place, no wait. It was an aperitif. Very good wine. One downside: when we asked for coffee (half an hour before closing), we were told they couldn't make it because they'd already cleaned the machine. I don't know how much it cost because it was offered to me.

26/12/2025: I'm not satisfied with the service. I purchased a menu for around €10 that included a beer, but it wasn't opened upon delivery. I only noticed this after going up to the second floor, and honestly, I didn't feel like going back down just to have it opened. I then tried to open it myself with a lighter, but in the process, the beer was ruined and unusable. The result: I had to buy the entire menu again and pay twice, all due to a simple oversight that could have been avoided. I understand that it can happen, but these things need to be more careful, especially when selling sealed drinks that are normally opened at the counter. A negative experience.

22/12/2025: What a story, guys! Be patient, finish reading this review! I went to this place this evening. I initially wanted a MCdrive to take away, but there were 4-5 cars waiting, and there were only 3 free spots in the parking lot, so I decided to park and go inside, quicker! It was around 8:45 PM and I was starving. I had ordered a fish sandwich that I wanted to eat right there, plus 20 nuggets to take away for my son! Of course, when I ordered from the machine, I pressed tray. What a bag! So, when my food was ready, I approached the cashier. I asked with a kind smile: Excuse me, can I have an extra bag because I have to take away some of the food? The girl who brought me the tray was obviously a new arrival, poor thing, she wasn't sure if she could give it to me or not, so she looked at another black girl (I don't know if she was the manager) to say, "Can I give it to me?" The nice black girl turned to me and said: "Excuse me, can't you use please or please, it's more polite?" Good heavens! I'm a Chinese woman of almost 40, and I've lived in the area for over 25 years. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life. I mean, I swear, I didn't expect him to say that. I didn't understand anything anymore. I don't know what I did wrong. I was left feeling like an idiot for five seconds! Immediately afterward, I replied: "Look, ma'am, I asked if I could have one." I didn't say, "Can you give me a bag?" (I sounded a little high-pitched, but I have to be honest.) The girl kept repeating, "No," but you say please or please! Guys, please, help me understand. Do you think I was rude by saying, "Excuse me, if I can have another bag," instead of "Please, can you give me another bag?" Thank you!

29/06/2026: Here at Gelateria La Piazzetta, locals gather for coffee and a chat. We've been here several times in the mornings when we're in the area and always enjoy coming back. We usually order an espresso, a freshly squeezed orange juice, and a brioche – and the brioche is truly excellent. It's usually quite busy in the mornings, yet the atmosphere remains pleasantly relaxed. You'll hardly find any tourists at this time, but plenty of locals. For us, that's always a good sign. The service is very friendly, and the prices are pleasantly reasonable compared to the more well-known spots in the area. If you're looking for an authentic bar away from the typical tourist hotspots, this is the place for you.

17/06/2026: We treated ourselves to breakfast. Cappuccino, a very bitter small orange juice, two small rolls, four slices of cooked ham, two pats of butter, diet jam, delicious yogurt, and a little muesli. All for 24 euros. Sorry, but it wasn't worth it.

04/08/2026: Decent pizza, but I drank all night, so bah!!!! In the dining room, it must have been about 40 degrees, with the air conditioning on but very low... I eat, get up, and leave... I can't go back to that again!!!! One star because 0 is not an option!

23/06/2026: Very good pizza, it's thin, while on Mondays they make it with a high edge, very light. The rest of the à la carte dishes are also good, the pizzas are aligned, it offers an excellent business lunch service with always varied and excellent menus. €13 you can also get pizza, the menu, first course, second course, side dish, coffee, can or wine or water. The products are very genuine and tasty, of the highest quality.

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I've been working in Brescia for a year and have tried quite a few places serving happy hour in the area. The happy hour was terrible! There were practically no appetizers, let me tell you. Even though we asked if we could have appetizers, when they were brought to our table it seemed like a joke. Just turn the corner and for the same price you get much better service. I think you should think more carefully about what you serve for happy hour to stay up to the standards we have here. Keep up to date, that's just my advice. I'll be back, but not for happy hour! Best regards

29/06/2026: Arriving for an aperitivo, we sit down and wait for the staff to take our order. We order drinks and something to eat. They bring our drinks and ask us to settle the bill; we politely ask to pay when the change arrives (so as not to use the card three or four times). The waitress, quite annoyed, leaves, saying, "Don't even bother paying me!" Meanwhile, our food arrives (brought by a young man. We ask him why his colleague was acting this way, and he replies, "Ask her..."). We order more drinks and food, and a very kind and friendly girl comes over and takes our order. We pay for everything we ordered and enjoy our aperitivo by the lake. When we leave, we tip this girl (kindness always pays off...).

26/09/2025: The pizza was average; I've had much better. However, we were very surprised by the final price. The pizza had a different price on the menu than on the bill, and an additional €5 coperto for service that wasn't included? I could understand if the waiter was friendly, kind, and chatty. But he took the order and brought it back, and we received an uncut pizza, so we had to make it ourselves. We had to ask for the bill ourselves. Ultimately, we paid what we'd normally spend at a restaurant, including desserts and drinks. The price-to-quality ratio was terrible.

07/07/2026: I ordered two beers with a tray of small sandwiches, chips, taralli, etc. The sandwiches were very old and dry, the taralli were poor quality, the chips were stale, and the Menabrea beer was basic and very bitter. I also had a cappuccino that was almost undrinkable, with low-quality ingredients. Terrible.

29/05/2026: My first visits to this place were yesterday and the day before. The day before yesterday, the cashier staff was really nice and friendly, so I expected the same treatment on my visit yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience was different: the blonde lady at the cashier was rude, arrogant, and not very welcoming. On the other hand, the girl making the juices was very kind and helpful. I'm disappointed because I had higher expectations based on my previous visit, but I didn't feel comfortable. I probably won't return.

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service is slow and cumbersome. The piadinas are decent but expensive. They invented the modular one, so if you order a simple tuna salad, since it's not on the menu, you pay 7 euros.

05/07/2026: You are destined to fail as a chain because you take away the best piadinas like the very good green one, and you are fleecing yourselves because now "10" is born in Brescia! Where the rolls are the end of the world! But if you are not able to make customers happy, forget it. On Saturday alone you lost 6! Continue to serve the offices that are nearby, poor deluded people... learn to make a mea culpa every now and then and a little common sense is a rule for serving! You deserve 0!
