I stopped by for a problem with my Veev. Since IQOS is a partner, customer service recommended their coffee shop and tobacconist. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The girl contacted customer service and fixed my problem quickly. I was happy to stop for a coffee—very good, I might add—and chatted with them. A very nice experience, both for the customer service and the coffee shop. I'll gladly stop by again. 😊

19/04/2026: There were three of us and we ordered two Milanese cutlets and a beef in oil with polenta (very salty). Since the last time we were there, about a year and a half ago, we've noticed a price increase. The cutlet was excellent and very well-fried, and the beef in oil was good.
16/04/2026: We organized my grandfather's 100th birthday party. Everything was perfect, from the food to the bar and the organization!! I've been there before and always had a great time! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!
